bet365, BetMGM and talkSPORT BET lead our ranking of the best Champions League betting offers for 2026/27. We’ve done the hard yards, comparing welcome offers and UEFA Champions League free bets across 10 licensed UK bookies.
Each offer was checked against the operator’s own published terms on 27 August 2026. We’ve only considered the important stuff; proper value that takes into account wagering requirements, any restrictions, and specific Champions League promotions.

bet365: weekly extras for Champions League matches
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F06%2Fbet365-welcome-sports-offer.jpg)
Plainly, bet365 ranks first because its welcome offer is supported by three special Champions League goodies.
You can treat yourself to Weekly Super Boosts, a free-to-play tournament with a £250,000 prize, and a Fantasy Champions League side quest, if that’s your thing.
Deposit £5 to £10 and place settled qualifying bets equal to that deposit within 30 days. At least one selection must be priced at 1/5 or higher, and PayPal or Paysafecard deposits do not qualify.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get £30 in Bet Credits
Qualifying bet: Deposit value at 1/5+
Free bet expiry: 7 days
Champions League extra: Super Boosts and Tournament Challenge
- Three Champions League extras on top of the offer: Super Boosts, a £250,000 free-to-play tournament and Fantasy.
- Qualifying odds as low as 1/5, the easiest on this page.
- Bet Credits expire in 7 days.
- PayPal and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify.
Our bet365 review explains the operator in more detail. Spoiler: it’s considered the best for a reason. It’s worth claiming the bet365 sign up offer if you’re a fan of Champions League boosted odds, and frankly, who isn’t?
BetMGM: £40 in UCL free bets
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F06%2Fbetmgm-40-free-bet-sign-up-offer.jpg)
The BetMGM sportsbook ranks second with a headline value of £40 in free bets to use on the UEFA Champions League. The catch? It’s restricted to accumulators only.
Still, it’s a free punt well worth using. Arsenal home win v Sabah doubled up with Aston Villa home win v Viking, anyone?
A £10 sports bet at 2.0+ within 7 days unlocks two £10 free bets requiring 4+ legs and two £10 sports free bets requiring 2+ legs. All four expire after 7 days.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get 4 x £10
Qualifying bet: £10 at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 7 days
Champions League extra: 2UP Early Payout
- £40 in free bets, the highest headline value here.
- 2UP Early Payout settles your bet as a winner if your team goes two goals ahead.
- Free bets arrive as 4 x £10 rather than one stake.
- Free bets expire in 7 days.
This one is for those of you who prefer the more ambitious punts. Dare to dream, and do so with free Champions League accas.
talkSPORT BET: bet £10, get up to £30 in Champions League free bets
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Ftalksportchampionsleague.png)
talkSPORT BET takes third because its 30-day expiry is more than four times the usual 7-day limit. Handy if you’re indecisive and need a lot of planning time. (Or if you’re just forgetful).
New customers deposit £10+, then place their first £10+ cash bet on football at 2.0+ within 7 days. The settled stake is returned as free bets up to £30 for selected football markets.
Welcome offer: Up to £30 in free bets
Qualifying bet: £10+ football bet at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 30 days
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- 30 days to use the free bets, the longest window on this page.
- Any £10 football bet at evens qualifies.
- Headline value is £30, below the top two.
- No Champions League specific promotion at the time of writing.
This suits someone who wants time to assess the league phase rather than use every free bet immediately. Patience is a virtue, after all.
Midnite: bet £10, get £30 in free UCL bets
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fmidnitechampionsleague.png)
Among the new betting sites, Midnite’s UCL betting offer sits fourth in our list, paying £30 in free bets after one £10 qualifying wager. No specific UCL extra is a downer, but it’s still solid value.
Deposit at least £10 and place a £10 sportsbook bet at 1/1 (2.0) or bigger within 14 days of signing up. The free bets are valid on selected markets only, and the stake is not returned with any winnings.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get £30
Qualifying bet: £10 at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 7 days
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- £30 in free bets from a single £10 bet at evens.
- Straightforward qualifying, with no accumulator requirement.
- Free bets expire in 7 days.
- No Champions League specific promotion at the time of writing.
The reward is £30 in free bets, valid for 7 days. It’s appealing to anyone who likes the sound of a free punt on the Champions League for a tenner’s outlay. Which is you, isn’t it, reader?
BetWright: earn up to £20 through Bet Builders
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fbetwrightchampionsleague.png)
BetWright rewards activity rather than paying a fixed amount after one qualifying bet. Deposit £20, then earn £1 of free-bet value for each £1 staked on qualifying Bet Builders at combined odds of 2.0+.
The maximum reward is £20 and the minimum is £1. Customers can cash in early, but must claim within 48 hours after the offer ends and use the resulting token within 7 days.
Welcome offer: Bet Builder bonus up to £20
Qualifying bet: Bet Builders at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 7 days after claim
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- The reward builds as you stake, so partial progress still pays.
- The Bet Builder focus suits Champions League match markets.
- Only Bet Builders qualify, so a straight match bet will not count.
- Maximum reward is £20, the lowest of the top five.
This is for punters already planning several Champions League Bet Builders. Free-bet outright eligibility is not publicly stated, so do not claim it for an ante-post strategy.
QuinnBet: up to £50 back after first-day losses
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fquinnbetchampionsleague.png)
QuinnBet offers 50% of your first-day losses as a free bet, capped at £50. The catch? The maximum reward requires £100 in net sportsbook losses rather than one settled qualifying bet.
Start with a £10+ bet at 2.0+, then place at least two more bets worth at least 50% of the largest stake. The reward has a 7-day expiry, minimum odds of 1.25 and maximum odds of 250/1.
Welcome offer: 50% loss back up to £50
Qualifying bet: Three first-day bets
Free bet expiry: 7 days
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- Up to £50 back, the largest potential return on this page.
- The refund is based on first-day losses, so winning bets keep their returns.
- Three qualifying bets are needed on day one, not one.
- Nothing is paid if you finish the first day in profit.
If you genuinely plan on placing at least 3 bets on the same matchday, this isn’t a bad proposition. Just don’t increase your stakes simply to chase the loss-back calculation.
10bet: a £50 bonus with 10x wagering
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F05%2F10bet-Sports-Betting-100-up-to-50-welcome-bonus-03-12-2026_12_27_AM.jpg)
As covered in our 10bet review, the bookmaker offers a 100% first-deposit bonus up to £50, but it isn’t your usual free bet. The bonus must be wagered 10 times within 30 days before it becomes withdrawable cash.
Qualifying settled singles require odds of 2.0+, while every accumulator leg must be 1.5+. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded, and withdrawing before completion forfeits the bonus and associated winnings. The 10Bet sign up bonus is a 100% deposit match up to £50, with 10x bonus wagering to complete within 30 days.
Welcome offer: 100% bonus up to £50
Qualifying bet: 10x bonus wagering
Bonus expiry: 30 days
Champions League extra: 5% to 100% Acca Boost
- The Acca Boost adds 5% to 100% depending on the number of selections.
- A £50 headline bonus, matching the largest here.
- The bonus carries 10x wagering before it can be withdrawn.
- It is a bonus balance rather than free bets.
The Acca Boost is a genuinely attractive proposition for any Champions League accumulators you have in mind. But the wagering on the original offer moves this down the list, unfortunately.
PUB: £10 free bet and a 50% acca boost
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fpubsportschampionsleague.png)
PUB combines a £10 free Champions League bet with an advertised 50% Acca Boost to boot. We couldn’t find specific Ts&Cs on the acca boost at time of writing so treat that with a bit of caution.
Deposit £10 and make the first £10 sports bet at 2.0+. Singles, doubles, multiples and Bet Builders can qualify, but the resulting £10 reward expires just 24 hours after it is credited.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get £10
Qualifying bet: £10 at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 24 hours
Champions League extra: 50% football Acca Boost
- A 50% Acca Boost on football, usable on Champions League multiples.
- A simple £10 qualifying bet at evens.
- The free bet expires in 24 hours.
- £10 headline value is among the smallest here.
PUB is great if you’re looking to get in, place a bet, and place your free one the next day. The 24 hour expiry is slightly unforgiving, but at least there’s no time to forget!
Planet Sport Bet: a £10 free double punt
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fplanetsportbetchampionsleague.png)
Planet Sport Bet gives its £10 free UCL bet a useful 7-day window, but both sides of the offer lock you into betting on accumulators only.
The qualifying £10 cash acca needs at least 2 selections and combined odds of 2.0+. The reward can be used once on an accumulator containing between 2 and 12 selections.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get £10
Qualifying bet: £10 acca at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 7 days
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- Seven days to use the free bet, longer than the 24-hour offers.
- A straight £10 for £10 with no bonus wagering.
- The qualifying bet must be an accumulator, not a single.
- No Champions League specific promotion at the time of writing.
Use this in a week which looks more attractive for double-ups. It might be advisable to get a sense of a team’s form first before committing to anything, later match days are more appealing here.
Quickbet: a simple £10 free bet
/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-eurosport.s3.gra.io.cloud.ovh.net%2Fbetting%2F2026%2F09%2Fhttps___media.footballwhispers.com_main_2025_12_Quickbet-welcome-offer.webp)
Quickbet has the simplest £10 free Champions League bet near the foot of the list, but its 24hr expiry is a bit stingy. The short deadline places it below Planet Sport Bet despite the latter’s acca restriction.
New customers deposit and stake £10 on sport at odds of 2.0+. The free bet is credited after settlement, must also be placed at 2.0+, and does not return its £10 stake with any winnings.
Welcome offer: Bet £10, Get £10
Qualifying bet: £10 at 2.0+
Free bet expiry: 24 hours
Champions League extra: None at the time of writing
- One £10 bet at evens is all that qualifies.
- No bonus wagering on the free bet.
- The free bet expires in 24 hours.
- No Champions League specific promotion at the time of writing.
It’s in the name really. Use Quickbet if you fancy a Champions League quick bet.
Which Champions League offers last past Matchday 1?
None of the UCL bet offers last from Matchday 1 to Matchday 2. In fact, most free bets expire after 7 days, while PUB and Quickbet only give you 24 hours.
The five-week gap between Matchday 1 and Matchday 2
Even talkSPORT BET’s superior 30-day window falls short of the 5-week chasm between Matchday 1 on 8 September and Matchday 2 on 13 October.
A 7-day token claimed on 8 September is dead by 15 September. A 30-day one claimed the same day expires around 8 October, still before Matchday 2 kicks off on 13 October.
That means if you claim any of these offers in September, you’re going to need to use it during the first round of fixtures.
The solution? Try and claim your offers just before Matchday 2. Matchday 3 comes only a week later, so those 7 day expiries aren’t as brutal.
Betting while watching the Champions League on TNT Sports
TNT Sports shows the Champions League in the UK for the 2026/27 season, and in-play markets mean you can have a punt while the action unfolds.
Compare bookies through our best football betting sites before opening an account.
- Log in to bet365 and open In-Play.
- Select football, then choose the Champions League fixture.
- Add the live market and stake to the bet slip.
- Check the current price before confirming because in-play odds move.
A cash out option may appear on eligible bets, but availability and value can change. Markets are commonly suspended around goals, penalties and the dreaded VAR decisions.
Types of Champions League betting offers, explained
Champions League promotions use several different reward mechanics. The advertised amount matters less than the qualifying conditions, expiry and restrictions attached to it.
Bet and get
A bet-and-get promotion awards a free bet after a qualifying cash wager settles, usually leaving any winnings withdrawable but excluding the initial stake.
The bet365 bonus code offer returns 300% of a £5-to-£10 qualifying deposit as Bet Credits, up to £30. Check minimum odds, settlement deadlines, and any excluded payment methods before jumping in.
Boosted odds and price boosts
A price boost increases the regular odds on a specified selection or accumulator without changing the underlying result needed for the bet to win overall.
10bet’s Acca Boost adds 5% to 100% to winnings from qualifying accumulators of 4+ selections, capped at £10,000. The key term to check here is max stake, as they’re usually restricted for one off specials.
Money-back specials
A money-back special refunds part or all of a qualifying loss, usually as a non-withdrawable free bet rather than cash that can be withdrawn immediately.
QuinnBet returns 50% of first-day sportsbook losses up to £50 after at least 3 qualifying bets. Check whether the calculation uses gross losses, net losses or one named market, because that changes the likely reward.
Acca insurance
Acca insurance is designed to relieve those infamous landmine results that kill an otherwise winning accumulator bet. No longer will you be cursing a random eastern european club for ruining your Wednesday evening.
Basically, if one leg of your acca loses but the rest sail home, you still get a payout. However, the refund may be capped or issued as a restricted free bet.
No live UCL-specific insurance offer was found across the 10 operators on 27 August 2026. Read our acca insurance guide, then check the required leg count, minimum odds and refund format before opting in.
Early payout
Early payout settles a bet as a winner before the full time result when a stated condition is met. In this case; if a team goes two goals up without reply. This differs from cash out, where you choose whether to settle an eligible bet early; our guide to the best cash out betting sites in the UK compares the bookmakers offering the strongest cash out features.
BetMGM’s published 2UP terms cover eligible Champions League match-winner bets when the selected team leads by 2 goals.
No-deposit offers
A no-deposit promotion does not require an up-front cash deposit, although its likely to be a prediction game rather than a free bet that can be placed on any market.
bet365’s Champions League Tournament Challenge is free to play and advertises prizes up to £250,000 for eligible customers. Check entry limits, scoring rules, eligibility and the point at which prizes become withdrawable.
How to claim and use a Champions League free bet
Compare the best betting sign up offers before depositing, then follow the instructions in order.
Claiming a free bet, step by step
- Choose the offer after checking its stake, odds, market and payment restrictions.
- Register through the required offer page or link and enter any stated code.
- Make sure you complete checks and have documents ready before any withdrawal request.
- Opt in before depositing if the terms require activation at registration or first deposit.
- Make the qualifying deposit and cash bet within the stated time and odds limits.
- After settlement, select the credited bet in the slip and use it before expires.
UK-licensed operators must verify identity before permitting a withdrawal. It’s advisable to get that out of the way before making a bet so you’re not left scrambling for a random energy bill after you’ve just won some cash.
Using free bets on Champions League outright markets
None of the top-three welcome terms publicly confirms that its free bets can be used on Champions League outright or ante-post markets.
| Market | bet365 | BetMGM | talkSPORT BET |
| Outright winner | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated |
| Top goalscorer | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated |
| Top-8 league phase finish | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated | Not publicly stated |
Free bets do not include your initial stake.
As our guide to how betting odds work explains, a £10 free bet at 10/1 returns £100 profit, while the same bet at 1/2 only returns £5.
Responsible gambling
Set deposit limits before betting and remember that one account limit should cover deposits made through every payment method. Reality checks show how long a session has lasted, while time-outs and self-exclusion stop access for a chosen period.
GamStop provides free self-exclusion across participating UK operators. GamCare provides information and support. The National Gambling Helpline is available free on 0808 8020 133.
Never increase a stake to unlock a promotion or recover a loss. An offer has no value if its qualifying conditions push spending beyond a pre-set budget.
Champions League betting offers FAQs
bet365 ranks first because it combines up to £30 in free bets with weekly UCL Super Boosts as well as a free-to-play Tournament Challenge. Just remember to keep track of that 7 day expiry.
Choose one of the offers from our list, register through the link, then opt in and complete the qualifying deposit and initial bet.
After that bet settles, the credited free bet should appear in your slip when adding an eligible Champions League market.
BetMGM provides the largest total at £40, paid as four £10 tokens that all need at least two legs.
bet365 and Midnite each pay £30, and talkSPORT BET matches your first bet up to £30.
Only from Matchday 2 onwards. The 5-week gap between Matchdays 1 and 2 means not even talkSPORT BET’s 30-day window covers it.
If you want to spread free bets over different matchdays, opt for Matchdays 2 and 3, which are only a week apart.
Not in the traditional sense. bet365 does advertise a free-to-play Tournament Challenge with prizes up to £250,000, but that is a prediction game rather than a standard free bet.
Only if your choice of bookie permits free bets on outright or ante-post markets. Unfortunately, we couldn’t verify this within the publicly stated terms of the top-three offers.
Best to check the bet slip when placing the bet, or contact the site to verify.
Yes. The reviewed free bets expire between 24 hours and 30 days after credit. PUB and Quickbet have the shortest 24-hour limits, while talkSPORT BET provides the longest free-bet window at 30 days.
Yes, selected existing customers can receive UCL-compatible promotions. Current examples include Midnite’s Sub Hero and 10bet’s Acca Boost. BetMGM’s published 2UP page also lists the Champions League in eligible competitions.
