The race leader is Sergio Perez, who opted to stay out. Hamilton went a touch beyond his mark - correction, he didn't stall, but he couldn't be released when other cars were coming down the pit lane.

Through we go into lap 13, no safety car. Rosberg says he wants to go to inters when the safety car comes in.

Still behind the safety car, but the noises from the drivers are that conditions are alright for racing. We could be back in the thick of it very soon.
It's been another poor start for Mercedes - Rosberg in 9th, Schumacher in 15th after his early spin - there's room for improvement there.
The stewards are investigated HRT personnel still being on the grid at the restart. That could mean a drive-through penalty for Pedro de la Rosa.
Through one lap, and no chance of the restart quite yet. Forecast for the rest of the race is for no more rain, Button told.
Onboard cameras showing that visibility is still poor. It looks far better from above than it does behind the wheel. But it is improving.
There's plenty of spray coming up right away, but it's a big improvement on the conditions when the race was suspended.

Not long now. Discussion already being heard with Nico Rosberg over the radio about when to switch to intermediates.
Drivers back in the cars, plenty of feverish activity as the race preapres to resume. There are just spots of rain now - that's no great problem - it's the standing water which is the key issue now.
