The final whistle goes and the Spurs players celebrate a terrific win. Dele Alli's moment of magic is the obvious highlight of the match and he will receive all of the plaudits, but Spurs played some excellent football across the board at times. A thought too for Palace, who were excellent today and can count themselves unlucky not to have scored when they struck the woodwork twice in quick succession when the score was still at 1-1. Thanks very much for joining us. Stick around for commentary of the late fixture between West Ham and Man City.
GOOOAAALLLL!!! Game over. Spurs work a short corner to Nacer Chadli and he cuts inside on to his right foot and plants a shot into the bottom corner. 3-1 Spurs.
Alli is again in the thick of the action as he is barged from behind by Jedinak after a Kane foul. The striker steps in to support his team-mate in the following handbags and both Kane and Jedinak are booked.
Alli produces more spectacular skill to deftly send himself through on goal and he beats the goalkeeper to the loose ball too. His shot evades the outstretched arms of Hennessey but strikes the underside of the bar and bounces away.
Kane is fouled by Jedinak and the visitors will try and take some time out of the game with the free-kick.
We're in to five minutes of added on time. FIVE MINUTES! That has given the Palace fans hope.
Wickham directs a header goalwards as Palace throw bodies forward, but Lloris makes the save and the travelling Spurs fans breathe again.
Eriksen is replaced by Bentaleb as Spurs look to see the game out.
If that is indeed the goal that wins this game for Tottenham then it is a fitting strike to settle such an excellent match. There is plenty of time left for further drama though.
GOOOAAALLL!!! Dele Alli scores an absolute belter to put Spurs ahead, controlling a looping pass with a first touch, dinking it over his head with his second and then shooting past Hennessey from outside the box with his third... all without the ball touching the floor. What a talent! What a goal! 2-1 Spurs!
Lloris comes charging out of his box and heads clear as Palace look to find Zaha with a long ball.
The volume at Selhurst Park cranks up a notch as the home fans urge their side on. This has been an excellent game and neither side truly deserve to lose it. However, you don't always get what you deserve in football...
The free-kick is headed off the underside of the bar, tests out the technology as it bounces on the line and then is flicked back on to the bar from the rebound. Somehow Tottenham scramble it away and the Palace players hold their heads in disbelief.
Palace break and Trippier is suckered in to making a foul on Puncheon. It's a clear yellow card and the hosts will also have a free-kick in a good crossing position.
Jedinak replaces McArthur in the Palace midfield.
