Demba Ba is played through on goal and slams the ball past Jaaskelainen but the flag is raised.

The man of the match has just been read out - not an easy one for whoever had to select one from the West Ham side. Mo Diame is the man to be awarded it, though the decision is met with total dissatisfaction from the home fans that are left.

Schuerrle in the thick of the action immediately, bursting down the right touchline before cutting the ball back. Ivanovic looks to be in the better position to take the shot on, but Essien nicks it off him and can only shoot into the arms of Jaaskelainen.

The visitors make their third and final change as Michael Essien replaces Hazard for the final few minutes.

Andre Schuerrle replaces Oscar who looked to be struggling on that left ankle.

Lampard runs to the Chelsea fans after scoring, kissing the crest on his shirt all the way. That'll hurt the West Ham fans.

LAMPARD SCORES HIS SECOND! Ivanovic bursts down the right, cutting the ball back into the path of Hazard who attempts to slam the ball home from 15 yards. His effort is blocked by O’Brien but the ball drops to Lampard on the edge of the penalty area – the former West Ham man guiding the ball beyond Jaaskelainen and into the far corner.

Chelsea look to build an attack as we enter the final ten minutes of the game. West Ham have been slightly improved, but they’ve not troubled Chelsea.

Terrific play from Terry - who has arguably been Chelsea’s player of the season. The defender initially comes across and makes a superb sliding challenge before acrobatically heading away at the near post.

Oscar is back on his feet but he’ll more than likely be replaced. Demba Ba replaces Eto’o.

Former West Ham striker Demba Ba is being readied on the subs bench. Oscar could well come off here.

Oscar is down and is holding his ankle. He looks in real discomfort. Replays show that the Brazilian rolled over on his left ankle when closing down Demel.

Jarvis does indeed come on and replaces Nolan. Sarcastic cheers greet Nolan's exit. A tough night for Nolan who was playing in an unfamiliar role.

Allardyce has instructed Matt Jarvis to warm up. Another attacking change looking likely, but it’s not going to be enough.

Chelsea have looked completely in command of this match, but West Ham have looked better. They've not folded which will please those in the crowd, though a goal hasn't looked likely at any point.

Clever stuff from Maiga who chests a long ball and tricks his way past Lampard before whipping a clever ball into the penalty area. Cahill’s diving header takes the ball away from Nolan’s feet. Corner for the hosts.

Lampard is the man to take the free-kick and opts to shoot at goal from 35 yards but it’s a poor one and doesn’t beat the wall.

Chelsea go on the counter once more – a three-on-three as they make their way into the West Ham half. Morrison is back and makes a decent foul, though he’s not booked.
