Jeddah plays host to the second-ever Saudi Arabia Masters, as 144 players get set to battle it out for a prize pot of over £2 million, with Judd Trump looking to defend his title. The ranking event, which acts as a ‘fourth’ major, sees all 128 WST tour players plus 16 wild cards from Saudi Arabia fight for the coveted trophy, beginning on Friday, August 08. The world's best snooker players will battle it out for the Saudi Arabia Snooker Masters title, with all the action live on TNT Sports and discovery+ from August 8 to August 16.
World No. 1 Judd Trump was the defending champion, but he fell at the first hurdle.
Ronnie O'Sullivan has been in sensational form, and knocked in two maximum breaks as he beat Chris Wakelin to book his place in the final.
He will take on Neil Robertson, who eased past Elliot Slessor in the other semi-final.
Trump won the inaugural title last season, beating Mark Williams in a hard-fought 10-9 final.
