Bryson DeChambeau almost falls in EXACTLY the same place at LIV Golf Singapore while hitting ball into fan's bag
Bryson DeChambeau was the subject of two highly improbable mishaps in Round Four of LIV Golf Singapore. The American almost lost his balance in exactly the same place as he did on Saturday, with his drive eventually ending up in a spectator's sling bag. DeChambeau claimed the win at the end of the day, however, with Richard T. Lee missing a shock two-footer in a dramatic play-off.

Bryson DeChambeau was eventually victorious at the end of Round Four at LIV Golf Singapore, but the American had a wobbly start to his day.
Richard T. Lee conspired to miss a simple short putt to gift the title to DeChambeau in a dramatic sudden death play-off, though 'The Bison' must have thought fortune was not on his side on hole five.
Landing his tee shot in almost exactly the same spot as he did on Saturday, the 32-year-old was forced into an awkward drive directly adjacent to a pesky bunker.
While his shot was improved from Round Three, DeChambeau almost lost his balance in a scarily similar fashion to his tumble on Saturday.
"That's a bit better than yesterday. He nearly did it again! Seriously, what are the odds? And that [the ball] is over towards the water there," noted the TNT Sports commentary team.
"I mean, when you think of how big a golf course is, and to hit two drives on the same hole, exactly in the same spot..."

"That's unbelievable. Obviously, it's so hard to keep your balance and to try to make a decent contact with it. Again, today, really?"
Ironically, the mishap arrived almost immediately after DeChambeau had nailed a perfectly struck eagle from a fourth hole bunker.
"That is a beautifully executed shot. Oh! Well, is this the cue for the sphere of dominance for Bryson DeChambeau?" wondered the TNT Sports commentators.

As it happened, it was indeed a favourable omen as 'The Scientist' picked up his first individual LIV Golf win of the season.
But things appeared to get worse before they got better, with DeChambeau's teetering drive on hole five landing in a particularly peculiar place.
"Oh hello, look at where that ball has finished. It's in someone's banana bag," noted the TNT Sports commentary team.

DeChambeau 'not in a joking mood' after ball lands in fan's bag

"It's in a sling bag," explained DeChambeau to the arriving official. "So what do I do? I just pick it and drop it where it's closest...?
"Yes, that's right," replied the official.
"How close can I drop it? So I've got a club length, right?" enquired DeChambeau.
"I mean, I'd ask the man to run towards the hole," quipped David Feherty on TNT Sports commentary.
"Bryson's not really in a joking mood right now after getting that break two days in a row, understandable," offered Jerry Foltz.
"It's one thing to battle the elements, but every once in a while, you just feel like those proverbial golf gods are not looking down on you."
But maybe, after Lee's shock miss in the play-off, DeChambeau will be thanking his lucky stars on Sunday.
