Croatia are looking to find Rebic and Mandzukic with their deliveries into the box. The two players have been impressive at this World Cup and they have great physical presence.

Of course, the prize on offer for both of these teams is a huge one. Whoever wins this round of 16 fixture will face Russia in the quarter finals. This side of the draw has opened up.

Denmark have fallen out of this game after scoring so early in the match. They are now quite passive and allowing Croatia to play their natural game in front of them under no pressure.

PENALTY CALL! Mandzukic believes that he should have been awarded a penalty kick for being dragged to the ground by the Danish full back, but the referee waves away his claims.

After a less than convincing start, Croatia look much better now. It was crucial that they got that goal back so quickly after conceding so early on themselves. They are on top of things.

This match has calmed down after those crazy opening few minutes. Croatia are the ones dictating things and I suspect this might be the pattern we see for the rest of the game.

Brozovic is another who has found top form for Croatia at this World Cup. Those three - Brozovic, Modric and Rakitic - are managing to keep Kovacic on the bench, which shows their strength.

For the first time, Croatia are starting to take a grip of things in the centre of the pitch. They have one of the best midfields at this World Cup with Modric and Rakitic in there.

We expected Denmark to be the more conservative of the two sides, but that hasn't been the case in the opening few minutes of the match. The Danes are going for it here.

Both of these two teams hadn't conceded a goal in open play at this World Cup before this game. Now, they have conceded one apiece in the opening four minutes of this last 16 tie.

This World Cup is getting silly now. We watched Spain knocked out of the tournament by Russia in the game earlier in the day and now Denmark are ahead against Croatia.
