TNT Sports pundits Shay Given and Joleon Lescott believe Alexander Isak is priceless after he scored twice in Newcastle's 3-0 victory over Wolves.
The Swedish striker scored his 14th and 15th goals of the Premier League campaign to put the hosts 2-0 up at St James' Park before Anthony Gordon added a third to wrap up the win.
The result means Newcastle are now fourth in the table, and Lescott insisted that Isak is key to the club's hopes of competing consistently in the Champions League.
"When he gets that space, he is an outstanding player, and he is in outstanding form," said Lescott.
"The more opportunities that you do give him, the more likely it is he is going to score.
"Tonight he was outstanding, the best player on the park for the full 90 minutes and Newcastle have to keep him if they want to achieve in the Champions League and win trophies.

"He is a player they have to keep because he is one of the most in-form and best strikers in world football at the moment. I think he is priceless at the moment."
There have been reports that Isak could leave Newcastle, either this month or at the end of the campaign.
Former Magpies goalkeeper Given believes that Eddie Howe's side would reject a £150 million bid to sign the striker.
"I don't think he is going anywhere at the moment; he is priceless," said Given.
"I don't think [Newcastle would sell] at any price.
"People are talking about £150 million to buy him. Even if you put that on the table, they still would not be able to get him.
"He is a brilliant player, any team in the league would be happy to have Alexander Isak, and I think Newcastle are very happy that he is at St James' Park."
