Sam Allardyce makes two changes for Palace debut; Watford drop Troy Deeney

Allardyce, who was appointed on Christmas Eve, makes just two changes from the side that lost 1-0 to Chelsea in Alan Pardew's final game, with Mathieu Flamini and Andros Townsend replacing Joe Ledley and James McArthur.

Watford captain Troy Deeney has been dropped to the bench following a run of 10 games without a goal as he looks for his 100th strike for the club.
