Man United take all 3 points thanks to the sollitary goal by Welbeck 12 minutes into the second half.

United win a corner and they'll take as long as possible over it. Januzaj drives towards the area but Norwich go ona break. Murphy takes on Smalling and there's another yellow card - this one for Smalling.

Van Wolfswinkel knocks to Olsson who tries to fire into the area but it's cleared by Smalling straight back to Martin on the right who is immediately dispossessed allowing Young to drive down the left and pass to Cleverley

Free kick is taken slowly and just knocked into the corner where there is a tussle. Norwich win the throw and this is their last surge.

Will be 4 mintues of stoppage time. Young is holding the ball up on the left. Knocking around between Young and Cleverely and then a clumsy challenge by Redmond outside teh box wins United a free kick in a dangerous position. And he gets a yellow card for it which seems harsh.

United Corner which they don't rush to take. Young tries to backheel to Januzaj and knocks it off. Norwich throw back to Ruddy picks out Fer in the midfield. Martin knocks the ball forward

Smalloing finds Cleverley who makes a run and gently knocks the ball to Januzaj who wins a corner.

Fer tries to pick out Murphy in the middle but his long range pass is wayward. Norwich regain possession and Van Wolfswinkel knocks it about. They look very tired - some lazy passes have set in.

SUBS: Hernandez OFF Darren Fletcher ON. Great to see Fletcher back after a long period of illness

Run by Welbeck who goes onto his left - his weaker side and tries to get a shot in to finish Norwich off but it's safely blocked.

Evra is on the ground and receives treatment = he's back on his feet but is going off.

SHOT - young Josh Murphy was encouraged to take the shot from 20 or so yards out but it sails over. Hoolahan again creates the opportunity and he's had a very good game.

Wayward from Redmond who was looking for Fer but it's been pounced upon by Young. Hoolahan dispossesss but it's cleared away by Evra who's tucked in to cover the run by Murphy. He's been better this half.

United have taken their foot off the gas now they've gone in front. Norwich close down and Bassong, who's distributed really well today, plays Redmond on to Hoolahan and then Smalling has to slide into clear the ball off teh side.

Olsson knocks to Redmond again on the left who fires in towards goal but can't find a Norwich head. United break down the left. Evra knocks it back and Cleverley makes a lovely run down the left. Young is back on the left.

Ryan Bennett makes a long throw but there's a foul on Cleverley who then takes the resulting free kick. The match has gone a bit scrappy now with both sides giving away possession. Norwich find Redmond on the left who drives at goal but is tackled by Smalling.

Welbeck is dispossessed by Hoolahan - pressure from Redmond forces Smalling to conceding a throw in. Olsson finds Fer and they win a throw in which is fired off again for another throw
