Schneiderlin booked for a big tackle on Reither on the right wing.

Beautiful from Fulham if not slightly improvised. Richardson played it in to Parker who slid in Bent over the top. His left footed strike was saved well by Boruc in goal.

Lallana turns Burn inside out on he right wing and gets to the byline to win a corner. He trots over to take but Holtby clears the cross.

Richardson being hounded by Davis so he ball gets pumped up the pitch and Saints have it back.

Shaw wins a corner from Duff as he pus a deep cross in. The Irish winger had no shout and decided to put the ball out. The corner is swung in deep to Schneiderlin who gets up and heads towards the top corner but Stekelenburg is equal to it and goes out for another corner.

Wanyama tries o switch play again but even the fleet-footed Shaw couldn't reach that one.

Lallana tries to jink his way through the Fulham defence but Hangeland sticks out a leg and pokes the ball away. Richardson now with it on the left and fulham look to slow the pace down a touch.

Bent holds up well and gives the ball to Sidwell on the right but he loses it.

Wanyama in the book on his return. Parker and the Kenyan collide but that doesn't look like a booking. He just clipped Parker's toes.

More midfield jostling and Southampton emerge with the ball with Shaw on the left.

Great save Boruc. Hangeland rose highest and nodded the ball towards the left corner but the Pole managed to claw the ball away.

Shaw storms down the left wing taking out three players before releasing Rodriguez. He tries to find Shaw in the middle but Richardson does well to clear. At the other end and Reither crosses for Bent but Fonte gets there just in time.

Davis and Chambers try and combine down the right wing but mess it up and give Fulham the ball back.

Burn almost robbed of it on the edge of his own area. Rodriguez Lambert and Lallana surrounded him but he managed to just get it back to Stekelenburg to clear.

Parker forays down the right and somehow gets in to the box. The ball pops up and he shouts for a handball off Yoshida bu Kevin Friend says no.

Southampton are being quite slow in possession. Can't find a way through this disciplined Fulham midfield. Sidwell and Parker doing an excellent screening job.

fulham are trying to play out from the back and do well to release Reither on the right. He crosses from deep. A flick from Bent finds Sidwell on the edge of the are but his half volley is scuffed and goes wide.

Holtby stands over the free kick on the right wing. He plays it deep and Boruc gets up to claim with ease. Parker wins the ball back and advances but his daisy-cutter of a shot goes wide.

First booking goes to Jay Rodriguez. He tried to pick up a loose ball in the middle of the park but Sidwell got there first and was scythed down by the forward.
