David Moyes on Everton's poor start to the season: "It's disappointing because I didn't expect this. We expected to start better after the good run we had last year. We want to do better and nobody cares more than the players, I can see that by their attitude and the way they are training. Football pressure is what I do, it is what the players do. It is why we are in the business and we will get on with it."

Four changes from the shock Carling Cup defeat to Brentford. With Louis Saha still out, Yakubu starts with Beckford and Gueye on the bench. Good news is that Tim Cahill is fit, with Leon Osman - also a doubt - deemed ready for the bench. Seamus Coleman continues at right-back in the absence of Tony Hibbert (groin). Jack Rodwell is out until Christmas.

Fulham boss Mark Hughes has gone with Zoltan Gera and Clint Dempsey as a makeshift forward line after Moussa Dembele joined Bobby Zamora on the sidelines, although the Belgian's ankle injury is less serious than Zamora's and he should be back next month. Good news though is the return of Diomansy Kamara to the bench from injury.
