Preston agree Tsoumou deal

The 20-year-old, born in the Congo has experience in England after spending a year in the youth set-up at Blackburn Rovers and has been capped for Germany at under-18 and under-19 level having moved to the country at the age of 10.

Tsoumou impressed boss Phil Brown during a trial period at Deepdale earlier in the summer and a deal in principal has been agreed although not all the paperwork has been completed as yet and international clearance is yet to be granted.

The club's official website claims that the transfer will be formally announced next week once such bureaucracy has been overcome.
