Taken quickly and Assaidi crosses for Shelvey but doesn't find him. Zenit break but Rodic overhits a cross and Liverpool can steam forward again.

Liverpool play it out of defence superbly and now Suarez gets fouled on the left wing.

Lovely skill by Johnson to beat two men with one touch but his cross is too close to Malafeev with no-one attacking the near post.

Johnson on the right finds Assaidi but Hubocan races wide to slide tackle. Throw Liverpool who will make a final change as Sterling replaces Downing.
