Thomas Muller has rejected complaints over the temperature at the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States, saying there are "no excuses" for players.
The final round of group stage matches are underway, with Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus and Manchester City among the clubs to have qualified for the last 16.
Despite 40 matches being played, there are still concerns from players over the sweltering conditions, with some players pictured watching the games from the changing rooms to keep cool.
Harry Kane has already admitted that the weather is a good chance to adapt ahead of the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico next summer, while his Bayern team-mate Muller has rubbished claims about the heat from other players.
"We are professionals," he said. "We need to be in shape.
"If almost a 36-year-old guy like me can run 90 minutes, then everybody should do it.
"So, yes, no excuses."
PSG boss Luis Enrique has also made harsh comments on the tournament, complaining about the conditions of the pitches.
The reigning European Champions won their group and qualified for the last 16 with victory over Seattle Sounders on Monday, and afterwards Enrique said that "the ball bounces almost like if it were jumping around like a rabbit", while also making a point of the number of holes in the ground.
Chelsea, who also booked their spot in the knockouts, had to cut their training session in Philadelphia short ahead of their final group game against Tunisian side ES Tunis.

Temperatures reached a sizzling 99 degrees Fahrenheit (37.2 degrees Celsius), which meant Blues boss Enzo Maresca was left with no option but to bring his players in.
"It is almost impossible to train or to make a session because of the weather," he claimed on Monday.
Chelsea will take on Benfica for a spot in the quarter-finals, while Bayern will turn their attention to Flamengo as they also look to advance.
