It's been a sketchy start for Kyle Walker-Peters, who yanks back Miranda and is booked.

Barca are moving the ball confidently now, and it's a while since Spurs had any decent possession. They appear to have pulled Eriksen deeper, and with good reason ... and they're glad of the extra man when Winks gives it away just outside his own box. They escape.

Also, PSG are 1-0 up against Red Star.

Great news for Spurs: PSV lead in Inter in Milan!

Munir finds Dembele and this time his dip outside nails Rose and Winks, but the former gets back to block the cross, winning a goalkick when the ball ricochets off yerman.

I guess were never likely to keep a clean sheet, but it's hard to see how Barca won't score again, which would leave them needing three, mathematics fans.

WHAT A GOAL! Barcelona 1-0 Tottenham Hotspur (Dembele) Sissoko recovers possession following the corner and taps back to Walker-Peters, who dithers; silly boy. Dembele nips in, breaks away, then dips outside him and streaks clear, cutting inside and sending Winks for a bag of jellied eels before opening his body to slot across Lloris. What a goal! What a player! Spurs are in all sorts.

It's not a good cross, Munir heading away at the front post...

Alderweireld spreads to Walker-Peters, who skins Alena and wins a free-kick off Miranda; chance for Eriksen to stick one in the box...

Pochettino has his solid start. Alderweireld reaches the ball before Munir and launches a long pass looking for Son down the left. He wins a throw, but nothing comes of it.

Spurs looks to press Vermaelen in possession and rightly so - he's not played much lately - and this is nice from Spurs, Alli finding Eriksen in the box, but he wants a split-second too long and is robbed. Good, positive start though.

A messy start, ball pinging about midfield.

Group D was already settled, but Porto have beaten Galatasaray and Schalke have beaten Lokomotiv. Both were already through.
