UFC 323: Merab Dvalishvili v Petr Yan 2 headlines card, Alexandre Pantoja to face Joshua Van while Jan Blachowicz looks to end barren run

UFC CEO Dana White has announced that bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili and former champion Petr Yan will go head-to-head once again as they headline the card for UFC 323 in Las Vegas - the final numbered event of 2025. Also on the card, Alexandre Pantoja will face Joshua Van, with the former looking to defend his belt for a fifth time since winning it from Brandon Moreno in 2023.

A rematch between Merab Dvalishvili and Petr Yan will headline the UFC 323 card in Las Vegas, CEO Dana White has announced.
Dvalishvili is undefeated since 2018 and hunts a fourth title defence of the year, after wrestling the strap from Sean O'Malley in September 2024.
When he takes to the Octagon against Yan on December 6, Dvalishvili will be just over two months removed from his unanimous decision victory over Cory Sandhagen at UFC 320.
One of the most imperious fighters in the franchise as a whole, Dvalishvili submitted O'Malley in their rematch in June, while also taking unanimous victory against Umar Nurmagomedov in January.
Yan himself is a former bantamweight title holder and will look to regain the belt he held for less than eight months before he was disqualified for an illegal knee against Aljamain Sterling in March 2021.
Elsewhere on the card for UFC 323, which will be live on TNT Sports and discovery+, Alexandre Pantoja returns to action with a flyweight bout against Joshua Van.

Pantoja, 35, has been infallible since taking the flyweight strap from Brandon Moreno in July 2023, most recently submitting Kai Kara-France in the third round of their UFC 317 bout, while Kai Asakura tapped in the second round of their meeting in December 2024.
It will be just Pantoja's second bout of the year, in the last numbered UFC event of 2025.
Van, meanwhile, is 11 years younger than his opponent and has been somewhat more active this year - two of his three victories both coming in June, as he beat Brandon Royval four weeks after dismissing Bruno Silva by TKO.
Van is on a five-fight winning streak, and has amassed a record of 8-1 since joining the UFC just over two years ago.
Also on the UFC 323 card, Henry Cejudo will face Payton Talbott, while heavyweights Jan Blachowicz and Bogdan Guskov will face off. Blachowicz will be looking to end a barren run in the Octagon which has seen him fail to record a victory since May 2022.
Former flyweight champion Brandon Moreno, meanwhile, is set to face Tatsuro Taira.
