Following another impressive first-round victory, Waldo Cortes-Acosta has set his sights on a blockbuster with Tom Aspinall in December. Aspinall is due to rematch Ciryl Gane after their bout last month ended in a no-contest following an eye poke to Aspinall, but Cortes-Acosta is eager to continue his devastating form, which includes two victories in November alone.

Waldo Cortes-Acosta has made it clear that he wants to fight Tom Aspinall next.
The Dominican made light work of Shamil Gaziev at UFC Fight Night 265, landing a brutal first-round knockout.
The victory was even more impressive when you consider that Cortes-Acosta stepped up just two days before the fight, flying to the Middle East to replace Serghei Spivac.

And now, the 34-year-old feels that he has earned a shot at the heavyweight title, currently held by Aspinall.
"Tom Aspinall, I go for you," he said immediately after his impressive victory on Saturday. "You see me today? What I did? I want to break your head like that."
After the fight, a member of Cortes-Acosta's team put an eye patch on Michael Bisping in a humorous moment, which could be seen as a dig at Aspinall.
The Brit's bout with Ciryl Gane last month was ruled as a no-contest after just one round, after reporting to the referee that he could not see after being poked in the eyes.
Aspinall retained his heavyweight title in the process and is set for a rematch against Gane following the anti-climactic clash at UFC 321.
Cortes-Acosta was also a victim of an eye poke earlier this month, when he shook off an illegal jab from Ante Delija at UFC Vegas 110 to claim a first-round victory.
"If Tom Aspinall doesn't want to fight Ciryl Gane because of the problem with the eye, [he's] insecure or something, I am here for him," he told UFC.com.
"If he doesn't feel comfortable with the rematch, give me the shot.
"I want to fight next month, December 13, for more of my legacy and my history. I'm ready for everything."

It is clear that Cortes-Acosta wants to continue his winning run while in tip-top form.
Should he get his wish for a December bout, that would mean three UFC fights in a little over a month.
His current record stands at 16-2-0, with his most recent defeat coming earlier this year against Sergei Pavlovich in August.
Cortes-Acosta spoke of his decision to take the Gaziev fight at the weekend on 48 hours' notice.
"I accepted because I want to make a name with my legacy," he said.
"I want to give everyone a sample of what I can do at heavyweight. The UFC signed me to fight.
"I want to fight everywhere with anyone. I don't care. I want to fight."
