It ends Serbia 2-2 Republic of Ireland, and that is a valuable point for Martin O'Neill's side in their Group D opener, thanks to Daryl Murphy's 80th-minute equaliser.
A late chance for Murphy to run at the Serbia defence but he is unable to control and Rajkovic is out to nick the ball.
Ciaran Clark comes on as O'Neill goes five at the back - he comes on for the injured Long, who limps off with a left leg injury.

Three minutes of additional time, as Walters pulls back Katai and Serbia win a free-kick.
Long wins the ball off Tosic but there is no white shirt in the box and the Southampton player is ultimately dispossessed.
Whelan gets a yellow card for a late tackle on Tadic as the Southampton star looks to run at the Ireland defence.
CHANCE: Randolph makes a good save from Ivanovic and Coleman helps out his goalkeeper with a hooked clearance off the line as the ball bounces back off Walters.
And another change for Serbia.
GOAL: Serbia 2-2 Republic of Ireland. Daryl Murphy thumps home Brady's corner to level it up on the night.

Hendrick dinks in a lovely left-footed cross, but Walters is offside as he nets from just outside the six-yard box.
CHANCE: Pavlovic is in to run in to Randolph's spill, but he raps the crossbar from 10 yards out.
O'Neill is bringing on Stephen Quinn for Ward, and Ireland will go 4-4-2 with Walters going up front with Long.
