Man City lining up €120m offer for PSG star

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Manchester City are lining up an enormous first bid for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Joao Neves.
As per the publication: "[Neves] has sparked the interest of Pep Guardiola. The Manchester City manager believes Joao Neves would be the perfect complement to his midfield and has asked the board to make an effort to try to secure his signing.
"Manchester City, aware of the difficulty of the deal, are preparing an initial offer of €120 million. The intention is to tempt PSG and secure Joao Neves' services before other European giants enter the fray.
"However, the Parisians aren't considering parting ways with their star player. PSG understands that Joao Neves is a key part of their immediate future, and everything indicates that any offer, no matter how high, will be rejected by the club's leadership."

Real Madrid open to letting Vinicius leave for free

According to Josep Pedrerol, the host of Spain’s El Chiringuito, Real Madrid are willing to let Vinicius Junior leave for free at the end of his contract in 2027, amid a deadlock in negotiations over a new deal for the Brazil international.
Talks are said to have stalled over Vinicius Jr.’s demands, with some reports claiming the attacker wants to earn a wage that is similar to or surpassing that of his team-mate Kylian Mbappe.

Pedrerol said, via Mundo Deportivo: "Real Madrid don’t care. For information, I can say that Real Madrid don’t care what Vinicius does.
"The conditions are stipulated, so there's no need to discuss anything. If he accepts the first ones, he's renewed; if he wants to earn more than Mbappe, he has to leave in a year and a half.
"Real Madrid isn't going to force anything, nor will they say, 'Come on, please renew.'
"Madrid has even thought, ‘Look, he cost €45m'. If in a year and a half he wants to leave for free, Madrid will accept it. Madrid does not want anyone that doesn't want to be here.
"If Vinicius doesn't want to renew, and doesn't want to be here, Madrid won't force him. They won't say: 'Come on, [we will offer] more than Mbappe'.
"The thing is, they haven't done that with anyone. They haven't done that with more important players either. If Vinicius thinks Madrid is nervous because time is passing, my advice is, 'You have a problem'."

Leao reveals Inter snub before AC Milan move

AC Milan star Rafael Leao revealed he turned down a move to Inter in 2019, before joining their rivals on a permanent deal from Lille.
"I can tell the story before I came here. I was about to go to Inter," Leao told the Say Less Podcast. "The sporting director told me: ‘Rafa, we are about to sell you to Inter.’
"I said: 'No. I did well this season. I want to stay one more season to build my name and feel more comfortable for the next challenge.’
"It was my first professional season. He said it was a good opportunity for them and for me, big money. But I said: ‘No, Inter, no.’"

Leao continued: "After a couple of weeks, the director returned and said Milan were interested.
"I was like: ‘Milan, yeah.’ If they come with an offer, I will accept. In a couple of days, he said they’d come with an offer and then said: ‘Someone wants to talk to you.’
"He passed me the phone, and it was [Paolo] Maldini: ‘You have to come‘. Bro, done.
"You can’t say no. Since I was a kid, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Kaka, and [Clarence] Seedorf. Those kinds of players you used to watch and hear a lot about."
