Zabarnyi Paris bound

French publication L'Equipe are reporting that Paris Saint-Germain and Bournemouth are close to agreeing a deal for Ukrainian defender Illia Zabarnyi.
The 22-year-old made 36 appearances for the Cherries last term, helping them to a ninth-placed finish in the Premier League.
PSG are hoping to bolster their defence despite storming to their first UEFA Champions League crown last term.
They reportedly tried to sign Zabarnyi before the start of the FIFA Club World Cup, and despite missing out, they are back on the hunt now that the transfer window has reopened.
"Despite the difficulties in closing the Ilya Zabarnyi deal before the Club World Cup, Paris Saint-Germain and Bournemouth have resumed positive discussions around the Ukrainian defender," L'Equipe posted on X, formerly Twitter.

Chiesa linked with Serie A return

AC Milan and Napoli are interested in bringing Liverpool forward Federico Chiesa back to Serie A, according to Italian website Kiss Kiss Napoli.
The 27-year-old forward joined Liverpool from Juventus last summer for a reported fee of ÂŁ10 million.
However, he struggled to break into Arne Slot's starting XI, in part due to injury, making just 14 appearances in all competitions.
"Federico Chiesa, after a difficult season at Liverpool, is considering a return to Serie A," reads the article.
"The Italian winger has made few appearances for the Reds, attracting interest from clubs such as Milan and Napoli."

Bayern keen to keep Coman

Kingsley Coman is attracting interest from the Premier League and Saudi Arabia, but Bayern Munich are keen to keep hold of the winger - according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.
The Frenchman has been with the German giants since 2015.
Bayern were reportedly willing to let him leave the club, but Leroy Sane's departure has meant they have changed their plans.
"After Leroy Sane’s unexpected departure, FC Bayern are now considering keeping Coman," Plettenberg wrote on X.
"However, the door for a potential move remains open. Coman has received interest from the Premier League and Saudi Arabia - the top four clubs are keen on him.
"In Saudi Arabia, he could earn around €25m net per year.

"Napoli and Inter Milan are interested in signing Antoni Burkiewicz from Rakow Czestochowa in the summer transfer window, sources have told TEAMtalk," the article says.
"Inter and Napoli are two of the biggest clubs in Italy and have already been active in the summer transfer window.
"The Nerazzurri, who finished second in Serie A and reached the final of the Champions League in the 2024/25 campaign, have signed Luis Henrique and Petar Sucic from Marseille and Dinamo Zagreb, respectively."
