ADRIANO: 'INTER IS MY SECOND HOME'
Adriano has dismissed media reports that he is angling to leave Inter insisting he will be staying with the nerazzurri.
"I never said anything against Inter," he told the Inter website after returning from a holiday in Brazil.
"I am very angry and also a little sad to read these things, because I have always said I want to stay here and enjoy my experience with Inter. This is a second home for me and my family, which is why I turned down many offers in the past so I could stay here."
The row erupted after the &lsquoCorriere della Sera' printed quotes from Adriano suggesting he wanted to leave the San Siro, and reigniting rumours Real Madrid were preparing to pounce for the highly-rated forward.
CASSANO AND DACOURT STAYING AT ROMA
Troubled Roma have issued a 'hands-off' warning to clubs hoping to snap up Antonio Cassano following the temperamental forward's numerous clashes with boss Luigi Del Neri.
Cassano's current deal at the Olimpico only runs to 2006 and he was excluded from the squad after a spat with Del Neri.
But the giallorossi's sporting director Franco Baldini said: "There will be no big-name departures during the January transfer window."
This stance also appears to rule out a move for midfielder Olivier Dacourt, touted as a potential Barcelona recruit.
But Vincent Candela, Gaetano D'Agostino, Traianos Dellas and Marco Delvecchio are all expected to be transferred.
CORRADI PONDERING FIORENTINA MOVE
Valencia's Bernardo Corradi says he would be tempted by a move back to Serie A with Fiorentina.
Though the Italy forward says he is currently enjoying life in Spain following his summer move from Lazio, Corradi admitted a transfer back to his homeland would be an offer difficult to refuse.
"This Spanish experience is of great use to me but if I start to have problems then I will have to consider my options," he told the 'Corriere dello Sport.' "I'm 28 now and I don't exactly have a lot of time to waste. Therefore, I would accept the best option available to me.
"Italy? That is my country and it is only natural to have the peninsula in my heart," he continued.
"I think about Serie A a lot and Fiorentina are definitely a club who would be of interest to me. I like the project which Diego Della Valle has begun in Florence, especially when you take into consideration their summer signings.
"They brought in some quality youngsters such as Giorgio Chiellini, Enzo Maresca, Christian Obodo, Dario Dainelli and also Fabrizio Miccoli."
