Good morning and welcome to Yahoo! Eurosport's live coverage of the Serie A. Today we're bringing you Palermo v Fiorentina.

Welcome back we're about to get under way at the Stadio Renzo Barbera where Palermo are hosting Fiorentina. It's locked at 1-1 and let's hope the second-half can produce what the first did.

Free-kick, Miccoli stands over it on the right flank...whipped in but Gilardino is back with defensive duties. But that's it, half-time. What a great opening to this match, it's 1-1 with Fiorentina striker Alberto Gilardino's equaliser cancelling out Pastore's 7th minute effort.

Mutu crosses in but Balzaretti chests it back to Sirigu. We'll have one minute of stoppage time. Can either side pinch something. Pasqual gets a yellow afer clattering into Ilicic with a dangerous sliding tackle.

Pasqual to Mutu, but it's a throw for Fiorentina. Donadel works it to Gamberini.

A little bit of pressure here by Palermo, but Santana has it on the right flank now...crosses to Behrami who runs in unmarked but heads just wide!!!...Ohhh Viola fans would be tearing out their hair it was so close.

Miccoli takers another corner, but it's cleared long effort from Palermo but it sails over the bar.

The corner goes short, whipped across the area...Nocerino somehow gets the ball but shoots wide.

Miccoli looks for Ilicic, the ball comes to Nocerino who shoots across goal, the ball takes a deflection corner.

As half-time approaches can Fiorentina silence the crowd? They have it ont the left but Pasqual's cross is poor.

The goalscorer Gilardino gives away a foul.

Alberto Gilardino hasn't scored for a while he'll be pleased with that effort.

GOALLLLL!!!! GILARDINO!!! A fantastic move by Fiorentina, Montolivo started the move at the top of the box but a deft chip from Behrami played in Gilardino who ran in toward the six yard box and put a little header past Sirigu.

Acquah is lively down the right as he looks to break toward the corner post, Fiorentina have the cover and are able to clear.

Comotto plays Donadel in the middle, the ball moves across to the left to Montolivo, but his pass is cleared by Munoz.

Balzaretti and Behrami meet in Fiorentina's box and the Viola have a free-kick.

Nocerino gets played down the left, but Comotto comes across to clear for a throw. Fancy by Miccoli who makes space, Nocerino's cross is cleared though.

Palermo hold off Mutu as he moves forward...he shoots...but it goes high into the stands. Sub for Palermo Migliaccio comes off for Acquah, he must have picked up a slight knock although he doesn't appear to be limping?

It's been a frantic first-half full of energy as the ball moves up and down the field. Palermo have it Pastore is dribbling but Santana weasels in and takes. Mutu has it but his pass the Gilardino amounts to little.

Cross from the left from Fiorentina delt with well by Palermo. Miccoli has a little chance but scuffs his shot.

Montolivo and Mutu work the ball...Mutu chips to Gilardino who heads back to Mutu his cross comes across goal but no one is on hand to meet it.
