JASON TINDALL: WE ARE IN A FANTASTIC POSITION
"There is no update on Eddie, he is in the best hands though. It is about going out and putting on a performance to make him proud.
"The team has got good momentum and consistency which is really important at this stage of the season and to complete our goals.
"We set out to achieve Champions League at the start of the season and finish as high as possible in the table. We have got ourselves in a fantastic position, but we have seven huge games to come," said Jason Tindall to Sky Sports.

PALACE BOAST A GOOD AWAY RECORD
Defeat at the Etihad on Saturday was Palace's first away defeat in 11 matches and only their fourth in their last 20 league games, as per BBC Sport.
The way that Glasner sets his side up allows them to soak up pressure and break quickly through Eberechi Eze, Ismaila Sarr and Jean-Philippe Mateta.
The return of Marc Guehi from suspension is a huge boost and after conceding five on Saturday, the England international should shore up their defence.
Those travelling fans who have travelled a long way tonight will be hopeful they can continue their fine away form.

NEWCASTLE'S STAR STRIKER

WHERE CAN PALACE STRIKE?
Glasner's side have been extremely effective from set pieces this season and actually boast the most goals from set pieces in the league.
Palace have scored 15 goals from set pieces, with the likes of Marc Guehi and Chris Richards causing mayhem in the opposition defence.
Richards scored against City on the weekend as the Eagles went 2-0 up, but couldn't survive City's second half comeback and eventually lost 5-2.

A HARVEY BARNES RENAISSANCE
Harvey Barnes has had a mixed Newcastle career so far, often finding himself behind Anthony Gordon in the pecking order.
However, Barnes has capitalised on Gordon's recent absence, scoring seven times in his last 11 league starts.
Barnes has been chosen to start again tonight over Gordon and will be hoping to add to his brace against Manchester United on Sunday.

NOT PALACE'S FAVOURITE SIDE
Palace have only beaten Newcastle once in their last seven league meetings, drawing four times and losing twice.
Earlier in the season, the two sides played out a 1-1 draw, where Palace dominated proceedings.
Newcastle are particularly strong at St. James' Park, so this is set to be a difficult evening for Oliver Glasner's side.

UNSTOPPABLE NEWCASTLE
The hosts have been in fine form lately, winning five of their last six matches, only losing to leaders Liverpool at the end of February.
In that time, Eddie Howe's side also won the Carabao Cup, their first major trophy in over 70 years.
Newcastle came out on top 4-1 against Manchester United on Sunday, launching them into the top four.

NEWCASTLE TEAM NEWS
Eddie Howe will be absent for the second game running after being hospitalised with pneumonia, so assistant manager Jason Tindall will be in charge.
Newcastle remain unchanged for the sixth consecutive match, winning the previous five, including a 4-1 victory over Manchester United on Sunday.
Tino Livramento continues to deputise at left back with Lewis Hall absent, and the English defender has excelled.
Harvey Barnes continues at left-wing despite Anthony Gordon’s return to the squad. The winger has been involved in nine goals in his last 11 league starts.
