MAN IN THE MIDDLE
Leading the teams out onto the pitch tomorrow - and overseeing the events - will be Istvan Kovacs.
The 40-year-old Romanian will be the first referee to officiate all three current major club finals, having also taken charge of the 2024 Europa League final and 2022 Conference League showpiece.
Kovacs has overseen seven Champions League matches this season - including PSG's last-16 second-leg win over Liverpool - and, ironically, he was the fourth official for the 2023 final, when Inter were beaten by Manchester City.
He ranks the 1997 and 1999 finals as his favorite Champions League memories, and will hope to be involved in similar moments of drama in just under 24 hours' time.

FINALLY FROM THE PSG BOSS
"Ousmane Dembele has been one of the best players this season," he said of the forward. "He gets goals, assists, he fights, and he has the right mentality. He is a leader. He leads by example, so it is great to give him confidence to do that, and to do that and to develop.
"The main thing I am motivated about is making history for Paris Saint-Germain and bringing joy to the city, to the country, to the club, and to be the first [coach to win this trophy for them] would be exceptional. Of course, we want to make the fans happy."

MORE FROM LUIS ENRIQUE
"I have one of the best squads in Europe, so the management of the squad is linked to one target," he says. "It is about sharing the workload among the squad. It has been important to have the character to get here.
"Of course, there can always be controversy or discussions, but that is my job as a coach. You can't always get it right. Sometimes, I get it wrong. But I think that, throughout my career, I feel comfortable with the decisions I have made.
"I hope it will be a match that goes down in history. We have seen English teams win the Europa League, and we have beaten lots of English teams this season.
"It has not been easy, but we are focused on playing our game, and we will do the same thing tomorrow. I think we are ready. Our intention is to win, and we will see how we get on."
