Everton's issues continued in Duncan Ferguson's first match back in caretaker charge as Aston Villa sealed an important 1-0 win at Goodison Park.

However, Coutinho's effort from the free-kick goes over the bar.

Gray once again drives forward with the ball, but his shot from just outside the area is blocked.

The deflection falls to the feet of Gordon, who clips in a cross into the box first-time from the right, but Richarlison's header sails over the bar!
