Lingard leans back and scoops a shot from 20 yards over the bar. Andreas Pereira is about to come on for United.

Shaw floats a dangerous cross to the back post, finding Fellaini who can't generate the power in his header to beat Patricio.

Into the final 20 minutes and the game remains finely poised.

And it wasn't Sanchez's best performance, either. Why he hasn't hit the ground running at United is anyone's guess.

It hasn't been Lukaku's day, yes the Belgian has been starved of service but he has remained static for much of the afternoon.

Pogba is orchestrating play in midfield and now he delivers an inch-perfect cross for Lukaku who heads wide. His blushes are spared by the linesman who had his flag raised for offside.

Jota creates room for a shot but it's comfortable enough for De Gea who gets down to smother it. And then, at the other end, Lingard smacks one from distance and Patricio does well to tip it over the bar.
