Spurs could go up to third - for a moment, at least - with a win. West Ham have just one win this season, but could leapfrog Arsenal in 12th if they manage to win by six goals.

Mauricio Pochettino has been improving the team spirit at Spurs: "We always try to find a way to stay together outside of the training ground because it is so different – all that happens is so different. But it is so difficult in England to find a day or a night together. It’s such a busy schedule that we have. We play every two or three days and then everybody is away for an international break. Wednesday was very good to stay altogether outside and laugh and share in a different atmosphere.”
12:05
Slaven Bilic discussed Andy Carroll: "He’s got two years and this is to be fair his season to be fit, to stay fit, because if we are talking about his contract, the question mark about him is his fitness, how much he is available during the season. We are doing things a little bit different in terms of we are not pushing him as soon as he was back. I remember two seasons ago or even last season that they told us it was always the case in his career, after a couple of sessions rolling up the sleeves and roll inside and 100 mph straight away."

Marko Arnautovic is back for West Ham as they look to get back on track after an early season wobble. Arnautovic could be key to making the best use of the intermittenty brilliant Hernandez, who sometimes struggles from the start of games.
11:55
Spurs have Sanchez in central defence again as he makes his adjustment to the Premier League. Nkoudou is on the bench, as he makes a rare (potential) appearance for the away side.
