That's full time. A nervy finish for Spurs, and a spirited fightback from West Ham. But this was a game that was decided by Spurs' ruthlessness in front of goal in the first half, and West Ham's failure to make their dominance in the early stages count.
Carroll and Alderweireld are booked, with the end of the school day looming.
Yellow card
F. Llorente
Llorente and Reid, and now the whole teams, run into to have a fervent discussion over a foul in midfield. It comes to nothing, with both sides being invited to act like adults. Will they take that chance? We know the answer to that. Reid and Llorente are booked.
Yellow card
W. Reid
A slick passing move sees Davies given a chance to drag a shot wide from a tight angle.
Ayew is booked for a late challenge on Davies, but he's kept his studs down.
Yellow card
C. Ben Saada
Alli tries to goad Zabaleta, but he's not interested in reacting. There's a minute left and West Ham can't lose their focus.
Carroll's shot is deflected wide. Lloris runs to the collect but flaps it behind. Cresswell takes, curling it to the back post, and Sanchez gets away with a push on Carroll at the back post. It really should have been a penalty.
Lloris claws away a cross at the back post, and the linesman indicates four minutes of added time, at least.
Kane trudges off to be replaced by Llorente.

GOAL! West Ham 2-3 Spurs. Kouyate scores - The midfielder powers in a header. Masuaku beats his man down the left, and sends in a cross that is met by a huge leap from Kouyate.

Five more minutes of normal time for Spurs, and Winks sprints half the length of the pitch to hold it up in the corner.
Kane and Alli hold the ball up for a few seconds, but Hart collects a loose pass and sends it high up the pitch.
Hernandez is given a yellow after his sliding tackle catches both the ball and Dier in midfield.
Yellow card
J. Hernández
Hernandez flicks on a ball in the box, and as the rest of the team appeal for handball, he shifts the ball towards the centre of the box and slams an effort straight at Lloris to beat away.
Trippier replaces Sissoko as Spurs look to shut up shop.

Spurs appear setted enough now, and you'd expect them to try and kill the game now.

West Ham have their tails up, but Spurs are the best team in the league for defending.
RED CARD! Aurier is off. After asking for trouble for much of the first half, Aurier goes in through the back of Carroll. Carroll was posing no danger - in his own half - and even Pochettino seems nonplussed over his decision-making.
