HALF-TIME! It's goalless at the break. Romelu Lukaku had Everton's best opportunity but Victor Valdes did well to deny the buoyant Belgian.

It's been a thoroughly entertaining first-half but it's the same old story for Boro. The hosts have been organised at the back but look short of confidence in attack.

WIDE! Lookman sells Traore a dummy, cuts inside and fires a shot into the side netting from 25 yards.

Play is stopped as Chambers receives treatment for an injury.

SAVE! Once again Coleman is played into space and he delivers a cross to the back post, the ball is bundled to Lookman whose shot is blocked by the feet of Valdes.

Forshaw tries to pick out Traore with a lofted through ball but it's straight at the Everton defence. Boro's midfielder has been extremely wasteful in the first-half thus far.

Fabio is caught sleeping in the Boro defence as Coleman runs beyond his marker but once again the linesman has his flag up for offside.

It's all rather scrappy at the moment.

De Roon plays a long ball for Stuani but once again Coleman wins the header.

As poor as Everton look defensively, the visitors are always dangerous on the counter-attack and Lukaku is almost played through but the linesman raises his flag for offside.

Some more unconvincing defending from Everton and Boro win a corner which Clayton sends straight into the arms of the visiting goalkeeper Joel.

With the hot form Lukaku is in, you'd almost have put your house on him scoring there.

GREAT SAVE! Bernardo gifts the ball to Davies who plays in Lukaku behind the Boro defence but the Belgian striker is denied by a terrific low save from Valdes.

Traore goes off on a surging run but is eventually stopped by a desperate Coleman just as the youngster was about to let loose. The Everton defence is looking quite vulnerable at the moment.

Clayton slips through Negredo who pulls the ball back for Stuani inside the area but Everton get numbers back to scramble clear.
