Sickener for Everton, but in the end, the pressure told. Still, those final seconds shouldn't detract from, what was an outstanding performance from them; United were abject. They stay 5th, Everton stay 7th.

Zlatan knocks down a long ball, Jagielka stretches it out of the box, and of course, there's Luke Shaw, smacking a right-footer goalwards - Williams dives, palms it away, and there are no arguments from anyone. But really, was it necessary? The keeper might just have saved that - such is panic.

Pogba skins Gueye down the right, is pulled back - that's a foul and a second yellow really - but the ref gives a goalkick. Something else for Mourinho to moan about that isn't how badly he's setting his team up these days.

Pogba wins the ball via Cruyff turn and slides Herrera into space down the right. But he hesitates before crossing and his eventual effort is headed away.

Rashford, on the right now, sends over two brilliant crosses: the first just misses Zlatan and shoots through Fellaini's legs; the second, Zlatan reaches, but again, Williams inserts himself between man and ball, doing just enough to ensure the header goes over the top. What a defensive effort this has been.

Bailly robs Calvert-Lewin, so Davies rattles him and is booked.

Holgate clears poorly inside the box, and Rashford pounces, crumping a shot goalwards. Again, one of the 758 bodies flying in to block prevents it getting anywhere near Robles.

Herrera wins the ball just outside the Everton box, and immediately rifles a shot - it gets about half a yard before meeting a prone Jagielka . Then Lingard tries a shot, and this time Barry and right into it. He's been excellent tonight.

United have barely made a decent chance tonight, even in the second half when they've been better. In part, that's because Everton have been excellent, but really, there's no excuse for coaching such impotence into players so talented.

It's lucky none of us know anyone who has a Leicester to win, Zlatan to score double, eh? Eh?

That Zlatan offside call was so, so close - so, so close that it's hard to fathom how the lino was certain enough to disallow it. Meanwhile, Pogba lasers a very nifty cross into the box, but Rojo can only deflect his header over ther bar.

Weird to think that United look more dangerous with more and better attackers on the pitch.
