It's all happening in the midfield today, no one seems to have a clear advantage here. I think it's fair to say Niasse - Everton's third most expensive signing ever - has not impressed particularly, so far.

Bournemouth have a corner which is whipped across towards Cook but it's not real threat to Tim Howard.

Cleverley taps a right-footed ball towards the goal, hoping to curl it into the top corner, but it's miles over - not such a good ball, this time.

Bournemouth are back attacking the Toffees, but they don't look like much of a threat, it's all a but scrappy.

Everton are on the counter-attack now, and Bournemouth have dropped back to deal with the threat. Elphick clears it.

So Everton's opportunity to keep a clean sheet is snatched away within the first 10 minutes. They will not be happy with that.

That was Marc Pugh with the Bournemouth goal from a Callum WIlson cross, but there's some grumblings of a possible foul on Pennington who took a little nudge in the lead-up.
