Jenkinson lifts in a great cross to the back post Sakho's run, and he heads down to the low corner, and Courtois stoops to palm away.

Costa looks to be through on goal, Hazard finds him in plenty of space, and Jenkinson slides in from behind to touch the ball onto Costa and behind, but Chelsea get the corner which Adrian flaps away.

Adrian clears unconvincingly, and Chelsea press high up the pitch. Kouyate hits a long ball for Sakho, and it drifts to Courtois.

That goal might not have broken the internet, but it certainly broke my internet. Chelsea win a corner, and Terry heads a Fabregas corner wide of goal.

GOAL! West Ham 0-1 Chelsea. Hazard scores. Fabregas finds Ramires running on the right of the box, and his simple cross is headed past Adrian by Hazard.

Kouyate pokes a ball towards Sakho, and his gangly effort goes well wide.

Chelsea launch an attack down the right, and Adrian claims. He launches a throw down the right wing for Downing, and his cross into the box is headed away.

Corner for West Ham on the right. Noble swings his cross away from Courtois, and it's cleared. Noble wins it back, slides it inside for Nolan, Kouyate reacts first, and his shot is straight at Courtois and behind.

Valencia gets hold of the free kick, but lifts it over the wall and it continues to rise.

Terry is booked now for [REDACTED}. No, not really, for dragging Valencia to the ground 25 yards out.

Zouma has landed equally after a rough challenge. Kouyate is booked for sticking his arm across his face.

Not much happeneing at West Ham, but there's pressure growing on Manchester United up north.

Costa's run into the box runs out of steam. Oscar and Chelsea work the ball back to defence and then to the right wing.
