Schneiderlin is down on the half way line receiving treatment. He is not happy with Shawcross after they just challenged in the air. Turns out it wasn't Shawcross but Walters that accidentally butted him.

Davis drives Saints forward again. Clyne and Cork combine but Saints aren't going anywhere yet.

Cameron initially does well to win the ball in the middle of the park but gives it away cheaply and Saints break. Clyne crosses for Davis but his tame header is easily caught by Begovic.

Lambert is fed well down the right and swings it in fist time low. Shawcross meets it but can only clear for a corner. Davis takes and finds Rodriguez with a free header but he nods it wide.

Adam with some good pressure on Cork onthe half way line. Throw in to Stoke.

Bit scrappy so far as neither team can get decent possession.

Whelan trips Lambert and a free kick is given on the left wing. Davis swings it in to the middle but Begovic punches clear.

Take a deep breath as we get under way for the second half. If it is half as good as the first we'll be in for a treat.

And that is half time. After a relatively slow start but for the Lambert goal, this game came alive with five minutes left of the half. 2-2 after 45. Who can take the bull by the horns and come up with a win?

Clyne is given the ball in a good position on the right but he miscontrols and allows Pieters to tackle.

Walters gives away a throw deep in Saints half but they manage to get out of the corner. almost half-time.

Still more treatment.

A stop in play as Begovic contunes receiving treatment. He has barely got up and Shawcross is having a go at him.

Saints look shell-shocked. Think everyone needs half time. But then a long ball is played in to Rodriguez on the penalty spot. Begovic comes to get it but is taken out by Rodriguez who, in fairness, was jumping for the ball. The keeper is currently receiving treatment.

BORUC FLAPS AND STOKE EQUALISE AGAIN! Adam swings in the corner to the near post. Crouch meets it at the same time as Boruc but the keeper is weak and the big sriker just nods in from close range.

Pieters find Odemwingie on the right but he can only win a throw off Shaw. Walters then wins a corner off Yoshida.

Assaidi does well to win a corner off Clyne.

Steven Davis puts Saints ahead again! He cross with his left foot from the right no-one gets a touch and it just floats in to the far corner. Begovic not happy.

Saints trying to play in Rodriguez in behind but Shawcross matches the run and clears.

Stoke with a second wind now and that is their first away goal since before Christmas.
