Can either side mount one final attack to find a winner? As this game has entered its final stages you get the feeling that both sides are quite happy with a point. But will someone be greedy?

On comes Finnbogason, who arrived at Real Sociedad in the summer with a big reputation having scored so many for Heerenveen last season. Can he grab a winner here?

Hervias comes forward on the counter attack and cuts inside on to his right foot, but his shot from the edge of the box is sliced and the ball drifts well wide of the target. Should have done better.

Deportivo have Real Sociedad pegged back inside their own half and Moyes is startng to look more and more concerned on the touchline with the way his team is playing right now.

All of a sudden Deportivo are pressing really hard for a winner. This time a back pass almost lets the home side in, but Zubikarai is quick off his line to make the challenge to clear.

The goalkeeper keeps it out... just! Rodriguez works his way past defenders before striking at goal from the edge of the Real Sociedad box, but Zubikarai turns it round his post, although it almost slipped through his hands.

This hasn't exactly been a spectacle of a game, but Real Sociedad are still in good shape to claim all three points. They have been the better team and look better organised.

Not a bad effort from the home side. Cavaleiro is almost tackled by his own player, with Rodriguez lining up an angled shot into the top corner, but is effort drifts just over the crossbar.

Real Sociedad have scored a number of times this season in the final third of games. Can they do the same again tonight? One goal would almost certainly secure them three points.

This game has the feeling of a match that will be decided by a single goal. Whoever scores first, wins. Or at least that's how it seems to me. Bet I've tempted fate now.

Canales asks to come off after pulling up in the last few minutes, and on in his place comes Hervias, who has only played a handful of games for Real Sociedad before tonight.
