PSG v Arsenal team news: Ousmane Dembele fit to start for Paris Saint-Germain in UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg

Arsenal travel to Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final, where they need to overturn a one-goal deficit having lost last week at Emirates Stadium. But with swirling speculation around the fitness of Ousmane Dembele, who is set to line up for both teams? This one should be an incredible atmosphere at the Parc des Princes, live on TNT Sports.

Arsenal must win away from home if they are to make the UEFA Champions League final, and they must do so at the Parc des Princes, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
Having lost 1-0 to Paris Saint-Germain in the opening leg at Emirates Stadium, The Gunners have it all to do in the French capital if they want to make the final for the first time since 2006.
The good news for Arsenal is that they have won their last four away matches in the Champions League.
But the bad news for The Gunners is that it looks like they are going to be taking on a full-strength PSG team.
There had been mounting speculation around the fitness of star player Ousmane Dembele, who scored in the reverse fixture before straining his hamstring, missing last weekend’s match against Strasbourg as a consequence.
The Frenchman raised hopes that he might be fit for the second leg when he returned to training yesterday, and Luis Enrique confirmed as much in his pre-match press conference.
"He has been training for the last two days, so he is available for tomorrow," the PSG manager said.
Dembele's influence on the match cannot be overstated - the forward can create magic out of nowhere, and Arsenal know they will have to be at their best defensively to neutralise the threat he poses.
"He is the sort of player that makes you want to go and watch the match, he is a genius on the ball," Achraf Hakimi told the press, with PSG clearly buoyed by Dembele's return.
Arsenal, though, could have several players back in action themselves.
Thomas Partey looks set to return to the starting line-up after missing the first leg through suspension.
Jurrien Timber’s fitness remains unknown after he picked up a small knock. He has trained today, though, sparking hopes he will be fit for the semi-final.
Martin Odegaard was limping at the end of Arsenal's defeat to Bournemouth too, so he remains a doubt, but Riccardo Calafiori trained on Tuesday after a spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.

Mikel Arteta has some other decisions to make, too - Mikel Merino did not play at the weekend but looks likely to make a return in Paris, possibly forming a trio up front with Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka.
Neither side has the momentum they would have hoped for coming into the second leg, with Arsenal losing to Bournemouth at the weekend and a much-changed PSG side falling to defeat against Strasbourg.
