MAN CITY BLOW TWO-GOAL LEAD TO LEAVE GUARDIOLA'S SIDE IN DANGER OF ELIMINATION
Manchester City dropped out of the UEFA Champions League playoff places as they threw away a two-goal lead in a thrilling 4-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes.
The visitors struck two goals in three second-half minutes to take control through substitute Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland.
PSG hit back through substitute Ousmane Dembele and the impressive Bradley Barcola as the game went bonkers with four goals in 11 minutes.
The hosts had their tails up and always looked the more likely to win it, with Joao Neves completing the turnaround with a far-post header 12 minutes from time.
Substitute Goncalo Ramos rounded off a crucial victory for PSG deep into stoppage time following a lengthy VAR check, as the French side moved above City and into 22nd place – just inside the playoff spots – with 10 points from seven matches.
The Citizens are two points further back and currently lie in the elimination places in 25th.
Next up, Man City host Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday evening before facing a must-win clash at home to Club Brugge on Wednesday.
PSG are at home to Reims in Ligue 1 on Saturday before finishing the UCL league phase with a crucial encounter at 24th placed Stuttgart.

THE TNT SPORTS EXPERTS REACT TO A THRILLING WIN FOR PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
RIO FERDINAND: "They deserved it 100 percent. If this is what the new PSG is about looking to the future, then I’m sure the fans in Paris will be pleased because that was a team full of grind, dedication and commitment to the cause.
"They showed character when it went against them to deal with it and fight back. There was quality in there as well.
"That’s a great mixture if you want to start to produce something special at a football club. That isn’t to say they are going to win anything right now, but it’s a great starting place.
"They have some great young players in there who are producing at a Champions League level and they should enjoy this moment – what a game!"

JOLEON LESCOTT ON MAN CITY AND DROPPING EIGHT POINTS FROM WINNING POSITIONS IN THE UCL THIS SEASON: "For me, the frailities were shown by City in the second half. They went in front and had control but conceded sloppy goals, just showing frailities in the squad and the team. They were fortunate not to go behind in the first half and in the second half they couldn’t keep them out."

VIDEO: FROM 2-0 DOWN TO 3-2 IN FRONT!
TNT Sports co-commentator McCoist reacts: "What a header, what a ball. You talk about a ball whipped into a dangerous area, willing someone to attack it. I don’t think it’s defended particularly well, but what a header.
"You’ve got to look to one of your defenders to get a header in there, absolutely, and it goes over Stones’ head. But make no mistake, that is a brilliant header. I was critical of him in the first half when I thought he should have done better, but that one, his timing is perfect."
