Just eight teams remain in the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League.
Arsenal and Aston Villa are the only two Premier League representatives in the quarter-finals after Liverpool fell at the last-16 stage to Paris Saint-Germain.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich are among the heavyweight contenders gunning for glory.

Champions League quarter-finals

The two-legged quarter-finals will be played on April 8/9 and April 15/16.
Arsenal face Real Madrid in the last eight after the latter beat city rivals Atletico in a dramatic penalty shoot-out.
Aston Villa take on Paris Saint-Germain in a tie that will see Villa boss Unai Emery return to Paris, where he spent two seasons from 2016-2018.
Harry Kane’s Bayern Munich meet Internazionale, and Barcelona face Borussia Dortmund.
All games kick off at 20:00 UK time and will be live on TNT Sports and discovery+.

When are the Champions League semi-finals?

The Champions League semi-finals will be played on April 29/30 and May 6/7.
There is the prospect of an all-Premier League semi-final if Arsenal and Aston Villa both advance.
There could also be an all-Bundesliga clash between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund in the other semi-final.

When is the Champions League final?

The Champions League final takes place on Saturday, May 31 at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
There is the prospect of a first-ever ‘El Clasico’ meeting between Real Madrid and Barcelona in the final.
If Arsenal or Aston Villa reach the final, they would play either Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich or Inter.
