Madrid currently sit joint top of Group F - level on seven points with Borussia Dortmund - and a victory against bottom side Legia would put them in a strong position to qualify for the knock-out stages. Legia become the first Polish side ever to take anything from a clash with Real Madrid, it is just a shame none of their fans were there to witness it. The goals were of the highest calibre, and at one point it looked as if Legia were on course for an historic win, but Mateo Kovacic rescued the 11-time European Cup winners with a late equaliser.
