Alves and Moura are the players to watch so far for each side, making a lot of headway on their respective right-hand sides. But though Barca have had most of the possession, it's PSG who have created the early chances.

ANOTHER PSG CHANCE! The free-kick is half-cleared before Pastore tries just lick just outside the box. His low drive is sneaking inside the near post but Valdes stops it well, recovering the spilled ball just before a PSG team-mate can pounce on the rebound.

This time around Lucas draws the foul from Busquets 30 yards out and it gets the Spanish enforcer a verbal warning from Wolfgang Stark.

Tito Vilanova is back on the touchline, by the way, first time in 10 weeks following cancer treatment.

Alex meets the first flag kick of the game with a header but cannot guide it on target. Goal kick.

Lavezzi gets through on goal again as the hosts break... but the offside flag went up. Valdes blocks the shot anyway.

Barca are playing in their infamous orange-yellow away kits and are controlling the early possession as only Barcelona can.

The clean-shorn Dani Alves commits a foul before going for goal leading to a whistle early on. But there was no foul at Bayern when Alaba opened the scoring after just 30 seconds with a superb curling drive!

Right. Ten minutes remain until kick-off. I want your predictions and views on the match and the teams. Was starting Beckham the right choice? Would you have left Fabregas on the bench as Barca have? Who will win this first leg? Follow me on Twitter @liamhappe and tweet me your messages and I will publish them here on the matchcast.
