Krajicek retired from professional tennis at the end of 2003 but still suffers from the elbow problems that ended his career.
"This is not a comeback. I can still serve of course, but after a couple of sets you feel the arm," Krajicek said.
"It's an honour of course," Michaella, world ranked 99th, said of playing with her brother.
"There are some difficult couples in there. But in any case, it's a dream come true."
Richard added: "You never know what can happen."
