Jannik Sinner books his spot in a maiden Wimbledon final as he ruthlessly downs Novak Djokovic.
The Italian was a cut above the physically struggling seven-time champion as he eased into a fifth Grand Slam final and his fourth in a row.
The top seed serves out to 15 on his FOURTH match point to clinch victory in one hour and 55 minutes to secure a fifth success in a row over the Serb and move into a 6-4 lead in their H2H.

The three-time major winner will now face Carlos Alcaraz in Sunday’s showdown for the trophy in a repeat of their classic French Open tussle just last month.

For Djokovic, another chance to try and secure that elusive, stand-alone 25th singles major in the sport passes by as he loses in a semi-final in SW19 for the first time since 2012 and sees his run of six straight Wimbledon final appearances come to an end.

The Serb guns a wrong-footing forehand winner down the line and then unleashes a thunderbolt off that wing to seize control of the next point, eventually popping away a simple volley to press at 0-30.
Sinner hits back with the aid of a backhand winner down the line but then wobbles with a bizarre miss into the net.
This time the top seed brushes off the BP with a bounce smash but is fortunate to see Djokovic rifle a forehand long after a super return had given him the chance to press again.
Jannik continues to struggle with a forehand into the net but finally finds the first serve and manages to avoid the double break.

Sinner shows signs of nerves as he double faults and then plays defensively in the ensuing point, only for Djoker to fluff his line with a backhand into the net to end a 15-shot rally.

Nole leans on the big serve to level from 0-30 but is undone by a stunning backhand down the line on the run that tees up set point.
Djokovic lands a pair of aces to turn the game around and lead from deuce, but Jannik attacks a half volley and again has the final say into the open court.
This time the sixth seed hangs tough and eventually poses the serve-out question as he leans all over the first serve to escape in a game lasting almost nine minutes.
