He may not have his driver's license yet, but 18-year old Andrew Murray has something to look forward to when Mom hands him the mail upon his return from Flushing Meadows. Also in this edition of New York Stories, why Richard Williams can't bear to watch.

NICK'S TIP
"Holy Mackerel," exclaimed the inimitable Nick Bollittieri when sizing up the depth of the women's field, what with Davenport, the Williams sisters, Sharapova, Henin, Clijsters, and Mauresmo.
But the boot camp tennis academy guru couldn't leave it there:
"Clijsters is very healthy and moving very well."
CAN'T TOUCH THIS
Let's hope Bollettieri spoke to us out of the earshot of Richard Williams.
"If they're healthy, no one can touch them at all," dad says of Serena and Venus.
The father of two former world number ones tells Eurosport that they have more power and speed than any of their opponents. It's only injuries that have dethroned the American sisters.
But don't expect to see him courtside if - as expected - the two meet in the fourth round:
"I can't watch. You ask me how I feel? I'm their father and I feel bad because one is eliminating the other."
WHOSE ARE THESE, SON?
Eat your heart out, Tom Jones:
"Apparently, there's a big pile of letters at home for me and my mum said I got a thong in the post," 18-year old Andrew Murray told The Sun. "She hasn't brought to me. It is strange but also pretty funny.
"If there was a picture of the girl in there with the thong and she is nice then that would be better."
LLEYTON'S POSSE
After Lleyton Hewitt's parents - who follow the former world number one throughout the year - expect to see a lot more of Rebecca Cartwright in 2006.
Wife and baby are to accompany the Australian to most tournaments.
Hewitt described his first major championship as a married man as "business as usual".
"[But] it's obviously going to change," Hewitt said. "Bec and the child are first priority, but tennis is 100 percent when I am on the court."
CAPTION CONTEST
In Thursday's New York Stories, most (including here in the newsroom) were hard pressed to identify Italy's Maria Elena Camerin as she lamented her three-set loss to Indian rising star Sania Mirza. Today, we've made life easier (hint: look at the hair).
CAPTION CONTEST: Guess who?
