The second Speedway of Nations semi-final saw Denmark top the table with 40 points, booking their place in the final on July 13.
Joining Denmark in the final are Australia and Latvia, who picked up 34 and 27 points respectively.
Sweden, Poland and Germany had already qualified after Tuesday night's results.
The Czech Republic were set to finish in the top three, but Speedway GP star Jan Kvech made a costly mistake and crash that meant Latvia secured their place in the final.
Denmark's Anders Thomsen led the way for his side, with Rasmus Jensen and Mikkel Michelsen scoring 14 and nine respectively.
For Australia, Brady Kurtz scored 13, Jack Holder scored 11, and Max Fricke added 10.
Latvia's Andzejs Lebedevs scored 18 of their 27 points, Daniils Kolodinskis added seven and Jevgenijs Kostigovs added two. The Latvians won the race 6-3 for the trio to qualify for the final.
Elsewhere, the USA's Luke Becker topped the riders scoring with 20, which accounted for the entirety of his side's points.
Danish team manager Nicki Pedersen was openly proud of his side's triumph as they moved into the final.
"Yeah I'm very proud of the boys, they worked extremely hard today. These sort of conditions are always tough conditions," the Dane said.
"We wanted to put everybody in the squad and be on the track today and near enough they shared all the races together so I'm very proud of them.
"I don't think anybody appreciated weather like that but we know now that the track was very good at practice today and the conditions cannot get any worse. We know the setup and we know how to do it and we need to continue on the team-building from here."
