Mark Selby successfully defended the Championship League title in his home city of Leicester with a 3-1 win over Wu Yize.
It was Selby's third straight victory at the invitational version of the tournament after defeating Joe O'Connor 3-1 (2024) and Kyren Wilson 3-0 (2025) and his third trophy lift of the season following his wins at the Champion of Champions and UK Championship.
Selby finished second in the winners' group behind Elliot Slessor before defeating Si Juihui 3-0 in the semi-finals with breaks of 94, 101 and 104.
Selby claimed victory in the final with knocks of 128 and 92 against Wu, who edged Slessor 3-2 in the other semi-final with 80 and 101.
The world No. 6 is the first player to win the event in three successive seasons.
"I keep telling everyone, best of five is a bit of a lottery, but I can't really use that excuse any more," said Selby, who has 59 centuries this season, seven clear of world champion Zhao Xintong in second place.

"Incredible really, as it is so tough just to win a group at this tournament, never mind win it outright. I'm really happy with the past few days.
"It is amazing. Confidence in sport is everything. I've been playing well since winning the Champion of Champions and UK.
"At the minute, I seem to be in a good place on the table and playing some good stuff.
"I'm feeling very confident, but there are four or five tournaments before the World Championship which I'm going to try to win. Hopefully, I can maintain this form."
Elsewhere on Wednesday, Ali Carter booked his trip to next month's World Open in Yushan with a 5-2 win over six-time world finalist Jimmy White in Barnsley.
Meanwhile, three-time world champion Mark Williams was a man in a hurry as he completed a 5-0 whitewash of Kreishh Gurbaxani in only 84 minutes that saw him produce breaks of 67, 95, 95 and 57.
World No. 2 and Masters champion Kyren Wilson also ran out a 5-0 winner over Alexander Ursenbacher with breaks of 89 and 64 in only 68 minutes, with former world champion Luca Brecel edging Mateusz Baranowski 5-4.
The World Open takes place between March 16-22 with John Higgins defending the title after his 10-6 victory over O'Connor in last year's final.
