The players shake hands at the end of a comfortable win for the Wallabies. In truth we haven't learnt much, other than that Uruguay are going to struggle against any top-tier side and that Australia have plenty of strength in depth. But, for all that, it's still been a good watch, with some great tries scored.

Cooper slots the conversion to make it 65-3. That's the biggest margin of victory at this World Cup so far.

TRY! There's that final Australian try. Kuridrani - on off the bench - crosses for his side's 11th score.

Uruguay spill the ball from a lineout and that may be their final chance gone. Australia have the ball and will be looking for one more score to round off the afternoon.

Uruguay are camped on the Australian line, desperately searching for the try that they want to give themselves a memorable moment against one of the world's best teams.

He may be brilliant with the ball in hand, but off the tee Cooper is having a shocker. He slices another conversion attempt wide of the posts.

TRY! Cooper pulls the strings in midfield and throws a lovely wide pass out to Kurtley Beale, who offloads to Toomua for probably the pick of the scores this afternoon.

Cooper misses yet another conversion. He’s not found his range today, that's for sure.

Australia's forwards power over the line to give McMahon another try at the back of the maul. The flanker is a classy player, but is going to have to go some to oust Hooper and Pocock out of the first-choice XV.

The lone piper has made another appearance, blasting out a version of Waltzing Matilda to give the crowd something to get excited about in what has been a pretty dull second half.

Australia switch off at scrum-time and Uruguay get a rare shove on, but the backs fail to take advantage and kick the ball straight to the Australian back three.

Cooper makes no mistake from the tee on this occasion, making it 48-3 to Australia.

TRY! Australia suck in the Uruguay defence and shift the ball quickly through the hands to put McCalman over in the corner.

Uruguay deserve credit for making it difficult for Australia to rack up a huge score since the break, but the scrum is creaking, the pack are tiring, and there are still 20 minutes to go.

Big Will Skelton is down receiving treatment to his shoulder. The lock is the second heaviest player at this tournament and a huge impact player for the Wallabies, with his massive frame giving them plenty of power off the bench.
