Sam Underhill has signed a new two-year contract at Bath Rugby, which will keep him at the club until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The England international has represented the Gallagher Premiership side 85 times since his arrival in the 2016/17 season from Ospreys.
Underhill featured in all five of England's Six Nations matches earlier this year to take his total number of caps to 35.
The flanker's contract at 'The Rec' was set to expire at the end of the current season.
"I'm really pleased to be staying here," Underhill told the Bath website. "Bath feels like home and it's an incredibly special place to play.
"This group has loads of potential and I'm excited to see where we can go."
Bath head coach Johann van Graan added: "Sam is world class. He is one of the best players in Europe and is an exceptional openside flanker.
"I am very glad he is staying at Bath."
Underhill becomes the latest Bath player to sign fresh terms with the club in the last two weeks, as Van Graan's promising side look to end a 28-year wait for a Premiership title.
Ethan Staddon, Orlando Bailey, Tom de Glanville, Jaco Coetzee and Josh Bayliss have all committed their short-term futures to the club.
Underhill started his career at fellow Premiership outfit Gloucester Rugby in 2014, before making the switch to Welsh side Ospreys a year later.
He made his England Test debut against Argentina in 2017 and two years later was part of Eddie Jones' squad that reached the 2019 World Cup final.
This season, Underhill has played a key role in the side with eight Premiership appearances under his belt.
Bath are currently second in the table behind Northampton Saints and are on track to secure a spot in the end-of-season play-offs.
Bath's next game comes on Saturday, April 20 when they travel to Sandy Park to face Exeter Chiefs, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
TNT Sports will also broadcast Bath's encounter with Saracens at the end of the month as the run-in continues, as well as their match at Newcastle Falcons on the penultimate weekend of the season.
