The Gresini duo of Fermin Aldeguer and Alex Marquez followed directly behind despite their pace dropping off halfway through the race.
Francesco Bagnaia's nightmare continued at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, retiring on the opening lap after being hit by Johann Zarco.
That's it for MotoGP until March. Farewell and enjoy the winter break!

BEZZECCHI: 'CAN'T HOPE FOR A BETTER WAY TO FINISH THE SEASON'
Marco Bezzecchi claimed his third victory of 2025 in the season finale at Valencia, with his second consecutive victory in the last two race weekends.
Bezzecchi dominated the Grand Prix Valencia from start to finish, leaving no room for other riders to take him.
Bezzecchi said: "I had a lot of fun, have to be honest, especially in the end, because Raul was super fast, super close, and always getting closer lap by lap.
"So it was tough, but very, very happy and satisfied with the job from the guys.
"Yeah, very, very happy. Can't hope for a better way to finish the season.
"Now we are going to celebrate, for sure, we need it. We must, we must do it for this victory.
"But Tuesday, we start 2026."

FERNANDEZ: 'TO END WITH PODIUM IN VALENCIA IS FANTASTIC'
Rookie sensation Raul Fernandez has earned his second podium of the season on home soil after earning his maiden MotoGP victory at the Australian Grand Prix.
The Spaniard was excruciatingly close to Marco Bezzecchi, but the Aprilia was too strong to pass today.
Fernandez said: "Yes, five laps before the end of the race, I saw that he made two mistakes.
"I got three-tenths on him and I thought, maybe it's possible [to win].
"Anyway, I'm happy I'm here. Five days ago, or sorry, seven days ago, I was dealing with an injury to my shoulder, so it is amazing.
"Thanks to everybody, thanks to the team. They deserve it. As I tell you, I have a family here.
"I tried until the end with Marco, but to end with a podium in Valencia is fantastic."

DI GIANNANTONIO: 'FIGHT FOR THIRD WAS AMAZING'
It was a brilliant weekend for Fabio Di Giannantonio, who scored his first double podium of the season at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, with the VR46 rider scoring a P3 finish in the race today.
Di Giannantonio said: "Fully honest? I expected a little more, but the Aprilias were incredible today.
"At the beginning, I was missing something compared to the first four laps, but after the halfway point of the race, I got my rhythm again, and I saved a little bit more of the tyre.
"I was able to be faster and faster and faster.
"At the end, the fight for third place was amazing with Alex and then with Pedro.
"I really wanted this podium to finish well this season, to give the team a great achievement to finish the season.
"So super, super happy and proud of them and of me."

BEZZECCHI CLAIMS THIRD WIN OF SEASON
After leading comfortably from start to finish, Marco Bezzecchi claimed his third victory of the season with a second consecutive victory at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.
Raul Fernandez came home in second place ahead of Fabio Di Giannantonio, who snatched the final position on the podium in the final few laps.

DIGI BACK IN THIRD PLACE
Maverick Vinales has retired from the race, heading to the pitlane to call the end of his Valencia outing, and Fabio Quartararo lost the front of his bike and crashed out of the race.
Fabio Di Giannantonio is excruciatingly close to Pedro Acosta, but the KTM rider has proven to be very difficult to pass. The Spaniard has been running wide in attempts to defend his position very hard, but DiGi squeezed around the inside of Acosta and scooted up to third place.

DI GIANNANTONIO CREEPS UP ON ACOSTA
It looks like there will be no Ducati on the podium today as Alex Marquez was overtaken by Pedro Acosta for third place. Shortly after, Fabio Di Giannantonio snatched another position from Marquez, with the VR46 rider going around the inside.
Marco Bezzecchi still holds a pretty comfortable lead at the front of the pack, with Raul Fernandez backing off slightly. The Trackhouse rider is still within one second of Bezzecchi, but cannot seem to match the pace of the Aprilia.
Pedro Acosta is running in third place as of now, but may be vulnerable to Fabio Di Giannantonio in the final few laps. DiGi is just 0.2s away from Acosta, with the VR46 rider looking for a spot on the podium.

MARQUEZ UNDER PRESSURE FROM ACOSTA
After serving his double long lap penalty, Jorge Martin has retired from the race this afternoon due to technical issues with his Aprilia.
Pedro Acosta has closed in on Alex Marquez, who was running in third place on Lap 18. The Ducati has better pace in the exit of corners than the KTM, but Acosta is much quicker in the final two sectors of the circuit than Marquez.
Marquez was named the favourite for the victory today, and it has not gone to plan just yet. Marquez looks very vulnerable to an overtake with Acosta practically hugging the rear of the Ducati.
Meanwhile, his teammate, Fermin Aldeguer, has reclaimed sixth place after snatching the position back from Jack Miller on Lap 19.
Acosta finally pulled off the move on Lap 20, squeezing around the inside of the Gresini rider.

FERNANDEZ CLOSING IN ON BEZZECCHI
In a swift overtake, Raul Fernanez snatched second place from Alex Marquez at the end of Lap 12. The Trackhouse rider has been performing incredibly well in Valencia, qualifying in fourth place.
Alex Marquez seems to be dropping back from Fernandez, with his pace not on par with the top two riders in the order.
The battle for a place in the points is fierce, as Red Bull riders Brad Binder and Enea Bastianini scrap it out for 10th place. The Tech3 rider, Bastianini, looks for a way around Binder cannot squeeze past.
Gresini's pace has slowly dipped throughout the first half of the race, with Marquez and Fermin Aldeguer unable to match the leading Aprilia's pace.
Fernandez has managed to cut down Marco Bezzecchi's gap to just 1.1s, then to 0.8s at the start of Lap 16.

BEZZECCHI CREATES 1 SECOND GAP TO MARQUEZ
Jack Miller has started to close in on Gresini rider Fermin Aldeguer, with the Yamaha rider performing well on the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.
Aldeguer has dropped back from Fabio Di Giannantonio, who has picked up the pace in the hunt for Pedro Acosta. Miller managed to overtake Aldeguer for seventh place on Lap 11, putting the young rider under pressure from Luca Marini.
Marini briefly took the position from Aldeguer, but the Gresini rider snatched his place back at the last corner. His teammate, Alex Marquez, is falling back from Marco Bezzecchi, who has created a 1.115s gap.

GRESINI RIDERS PICKING UP THE PACE
Rookie sensation Fermin Aldeguer has gained three places, sitting in sixth place on Lap 6 as he looks to overtake Fabio Di Giannantonio and set his sights on Pedro Acosta.
The Gresini rider shares similar lap times and pace to his teammate Alex Marquez, who runs in second place, with both riders looking to save their tyres for the end of the race.
His fellow rookie Ai Ogura crashed out of the race after touching the curb and skidding into the gravel, dropping from 12th to the back of the pack.
At the front of the pack, Marco Bezzecchi still holds the lead of the race, but Alex Marquez is just 0.3s away.

BEZZECCHI HOLDS THE LEAD WHILE MARQUEZ TAILS BEHIND
The polesitter, Marco Bezzecchi, has done a great job at defending from Alex Marquez, but the Gresini rider has slowly started to make up time on the race leader.
Maverick Vinales has managed to gain seven positions in the opening few laps of the race, running in 14th place behind Aleix Espargaro, who was hit by Franco Morbidelli on the warm-up lap.
The fight for P3 is alive and well, with Raul Fernandez snatching P3 from Fabio Di Giannantonio, putting the VR46 rider under pressure from Pedro Acosta.

LIGHTS OUT AND AWAY WE GO!
Marco Bezzecchi got off to a much better start today than during the sprint yesterday, holding off the advances of Alex Marquez.
In an awful end to the season, Francesco Bagnaia crashed out on the opening lap of the race after colliding with Johann Zarco.
Meanwhile, Fermin Aldeguer gained three places on the opening lap, climbing up to sixth to fight Pedro Acosta for a potential position on the podium.
Oddly enough, Franco Morbidelli crashed into the back of Aleix Espargaro at the end of the warm-up lap.

ENDLESS WOES FOR BAGNAIA
Last season’s title fighters had a seriously rough season. Francesco Bagnaia has had a bizarre season full of struggles, scoring only two victories this season. The two-time world champion lost out on P3 in the Riders’ Standings to Marco Bezzecchi and Pedro Acosta.
This afternoon, Bagnaia will start in 16th place after a disastrous qualifying session saw him fail to make it into Q2 with an empty fuel tank. This made an already miserable season even worse for the Italian rider.
Bagnaia has failed to finish a race in the last four race weekends and has sunk lower and lower into this Ducati-made hole. While Marc Marquez seemed to gel extremely well with the GP25, Bagnaia has really suffered.
Bagnaia said: "And after the last four [years], where a bad result was at most a third place, the truth is I’ve struggled to accept the reality of what this season has brought us.
"Throughout the season, I’ve given my all and done the best job possible with the team, trying to understand and adapt to the 2025 bike. But I haven’t been able to. The bike has great potential, as Marc has shown, but it’s been very difficult for me."
