Qi Guangpu and Danielle Scott roar to victory and claim World Cup Crystal Globes in aerials

Qi Guangpu blew away the field with a total score of 119.91 points to win his third World Cup gold of the season, as the Olympic champion claimed the Crystal Globe in aerials. The 33-year-old wrapped up the overall crown with 440 points in total, edging compatriot Guochen Wang and USA's Chris Lillis to the top prize. On the women's side, Australia's Danielle Scott triumphed to top the leaderboard.

Olympic aerials champion Qi Guangpu got hold of a World Cup title to match after victory in Almaty.
The Chinese star blew away the field with a total score of 119.91 points to win his third World Cup gold of the season.
It was an emphatic way to wrap up the Crystal Globe in the discipline, with the 33-year-old taking the overall crown with 440 points.
Silver on the day went to Qi's compatriot Guochen Wang and bronze to USA's Chris Lillis.
Lillis won a medal of the same colour in the overall stakes with Germany's Pirmin Werner proving Qi's biggest challenger, taking overall silver.
On the women's side, Australia's Danielle Scott was rewarded for her consistency with the Crystal Globe.
Scott made it five medals from six competitions this season with silver which was enough to crown her World Cup champion.
Marion Thenault of Canada won the day, her second victory of the campaign having taken the season opener.
