ROWLAND TRIUMPHS IN ROUND 10
What a race, what a drive and what a day for Nissan’s Oliver Rowland! The No. 1 storms to victory in Monaco, remaining under the radar until it was his time to strike, winning on a mixed day for Nissan as teammate Norman Nato crashed out.
Felipe Drugovich and Antonio Felix Da Costa rounded out a mixed podium, with penalties shaking up the finishing order. Just over three seconds separated the top three drivers – proving Formula E is as close and exciting as ever!
Mitch Evans took another rock-solid result, finishing fourth after showing incredible pace at Monaco – helping his title charge. Meanwhile, Mortara finished second on the circuit but dropped to fifth following a penalty.
There were multiple full-course yellows during the ePrix, adding to the drama of Sunday’s Round 10. There’s a shake-up in the title fight, too, with Mitch Evans’ closest rival now being Oliver Rowland.

'IT WAS AN AMAZING RACE' – DA COSTA
From outside the points to the podium: Antonio Felix Da Costa finishes on the podium after a superhero-like drive.
Da Costa said: ”I don’t know whether to be happy or angry with the number of times I've been hit from behind and races have been taken away from us this season. I couldn’t believe it, lap one, and I thought people were taking it easy, but then I got hit from behind, and then I spun out and went all the way to the back.
”But with a good strategy from the team and taking a lot of risks, as you can see from my car, I was able to make it back to the front. I have to review it, but I think the first full course yellow came at a really good time for me, and then I just had to manage energy until the end.
”Congrats to these guys, it was an amazing race, and I'm happy to be on the podium with them today after that lap one incident.”

'I LOVE THIS PLACE' - DRUGOVICH
Felipe Drugovich was delighted with his podium finish in Monaco and is taking in the moment as the Andretti driver celebrates his first podium.
Drugovich added: ”This is such a great thing to do here at this track. I love this place, and I think every time I've been here, I've got a podium. What a place to get my first podium in Formula E.
”A big thanks to the team that has stuck by me during the first few rounds, where I was nowhere near the podium, and now we are doing great things. So a big thanks to them, and yeah, God is great. Thanks very much!”

'I WAS PRETTY CONFIDENT' – ROWLAND
After a stunning drive, Oliver Rowland will stand on the top step of the podium, celebrating with his team and rivals down on the grid.
Rowland said: ”It’s been a while; it’s been nearly a year since I last stood on the top step of the podium. It was a crazy race, and some people decided to do some different stuff and obviously kept a high pace.
”It was really difficult to stay disciplined. I knew we had to keep higher on our targets, but yeah, I think staying disciplined and staying out of trouble was key today.
”You never know if there would be a safety car, but I was pretty confident in what I was doing, and the team was keeping me up to date with what I was doing.
”We’ve been scrapping during the first half of the season, but we’ve stayed there and just need to go away, work hard and improve a little in qualifying.”

ATTACK MODE TIME FOR CUPRA
We’ve just spoken about Dan Ticktum, and it seems he’s listening to us on TNT Sports… His attack mode has begun, quickly storming into the podium fight after his two-minute boost. Let’s remember he will have a further six minutes to use whilst Mortara (your race leader) has eight!
15/28
TICKTUM DOWN TO P8
It’s such a fascinating battle at the head of the field, with the top 10 drivers remaining locked together on the circuit. It’s a great show for the Monaco fans as Ticktum now drops to eighth with potentially some damage.
14/28
ANDRETTI DRIVERS ON THE MOVE
Both Andretti cars are also using their attack modes, edging themselves inside the top five as things stand. This pushes Ticktum down to sixth, who is yet to use his attack mode and looks to be playing the long game.
Mortara is also getting his muscles out, overtaking Mueller for second position. However, it wasn’t a place that he held for long, with Drugovich entering the conversation and stealing P2 from both drivers!

12/28
EVANS HITS THE FRONT
Championship leader Mitch Evans has taken control of the ePrix, sprinting into P1 and using his attack mode. It would be a huge result for the Jaguar driver, following a strong podium finish in yesterday’s ninth round. Mueller is back to second, with Mortara in third – penalty not applied just yet.
Ticktum sits fourth out on circuit, showing no signs of going forward just yet…
